Taylorroofs Recensioni

Job done to our satisfaction except tiles were cut on my lawn. Charges were reasonable. I have used this firm before and would highly recommend them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Before getting in touch with Taylor Roofs, we had water pouring into our living room - not exactly the feature we were going for! From the initial quotation through to the guys turning up on the day, everything went smoothly. Communication with the office was spot on and the work itself was completed to a really high standard. We’re delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taylor Roofs to anyone needing roofing work done properly.

Received quote day after survey. Excellent! Accepted immediately. 3 weeks later guys arrived to do the work. They were polite friendly and thorough. Job completed and it looks great. They cleaned up every drop and left everything looking like new. Can't praise them enough. Everything was prompt, professional and I am so glad that I chose them. Highly recommend!

Very professional, arrived when promised, completed on time. High quality work. Hard working and tidy. Office staff are very responsive. Will definitely use again.

We contacted Taylor Roofing as we wished to have the roof surveyed before the winter months and it was found we required some broken tiles replaced.
Greg & Daryl provided a very professional, efficient and friendly service informing us of all works being carried out and also clear up thereafter. From Mark, surveyor, Greg and Daryl and contact with all their customer care team, we would highly recommend Taylor Roofing for any further works. Thank you for a excellent job.

Came out immediately and repaired leaking roof efficiently. Would recommend. Thanks for working in the pouring rain

From start to finish guys very professional ,taking pictures of work needed and taking time to explain what work will be done, even repaired a broken tile i had not noticed, giving explanation of work schedule. before and after completion.
Given a very competative quote which was adhered to.
Guys arrived on time and went about their work on time and finished in reasonable time.
Yes I would recommend Taylor Roofs and will always be my first port of call for any repairs if needed in the future.

The best part about Taylor Roofs is the way they deal with you. Friendly and professional from start to finish. Really pleased with their work. Thank you.

Amazing service, always arrived on time. At last our roof is looking amazing. Lovely bunch of guys, very polite and easy to speak to. Tidied up when the job was complete. Would definitely recommend Taylor Roofs.

High quality workmanship, speedy service, and a very customer friendly approach. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend these guys.

The process from the initial quote, two flat roofs and new ridging, to job completion was seamless. Taylor roofing arranged for a skip delivery which ensured that our property was tidy at the end of their working day. The 3 men, led by Dean, were professional in their approach to the work that they were undertaking. All were extremely hard working, arriving early every morning which meant our agreed work was finished within 5days. Thank you.
There were a few issues which were highlighted to the office and dealt with the following day.
Thank you Taylor roofing for a great job. We would most definitely recommend you to anyone who required any type of roofing work done.

Responded swiftly and provided good communication and updates on arrival. Very professional and helpful and fixed the issue promptly and effectively. Would use them again:

A Very easy and pleasant experience, from phoning the company, explaining what I thought was needed, to the job being done.
Allie a lovely young lady, Mark a nice young man and the roofers All very nice people. Great job !!! 👏

Excellent customer service, kept in touch via email, txt or phone. Turned up when arranged and works carried out as agreed.
Professional service from start to finish. Well done all involved.

It was agreed that Taylor Roofs would come in approximately 6 weeks after the deposit as they were waiting for the scaffolding to be erected.
A positive was that the scaffolding company arrived within 3 weeks and the Taylor Team a few days later, which was great.
The roof repair was carried out very professionally and the Team were really friendly and helpful. The only very slight disappointment was that while they repainted the wood repair at rear of the house they did not paint the front left, which was easier while the scaffolding was erected. The scaffolding took over a week to be dismantled.
This is a very, very minor criticism, and does not take anything away from the main repair which was excellent. They cleaned up everything before leaving.
I would definitely use them again. Thanks to the Team.

Great service from start to finish. Job carried out over 2 days. All work carried out to an excellent standard. Everything tidied up after the work was completed.

Excellent service provided from my initial enquiry to the finished job. Stewart, Fiona, Allie and Adam were absolutely excellent. Extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient throughout. They all went "above and beyond" to make sure I was entirely satisfied with the job. Was kept informed throughout the whole process. . Would thoroughly recommend this Company. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent customer service, quick, efficient and reliable roofers. We will be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good workmanship. We had Dean & Shai very professional friendly pair.

We have been having issues, with mould on our bedroom ceiling. I have had contact with other roofing companies and despite assurances that they would investigate and quote for work no further contact with companies followed. Taylor Roofs responded quickly to my request for help. The surveyor was out promptly and was able to pinpoint the issues causing our problem with mould. This was in part due to poor insulation being present in our loft space which does not reflect well on our previous builder and also no ventilation vents in the roof. We were able to view the video of the loft space and the missing insulation corresponded to the areas where mould has been an issue. We were given a quote that same day and after accepting this the work took place quickly after this. I cannot fault the work and we are just so grateful to have a solution to our problem. Would highly recommend Taylor Roofs.

Very professional, quality workmanship, reliable service. Highly recommended.
