I booked assuming that this was a local firm in the south west but it was based in Scotland. The engineers were pleasant enough on the first visit and left presuming the work was complete, but 1 tv had not been connected. It took a further 3 cancelled bookings before they eventually returned and rectified the mistake. Appointment times were vague and I was kept waiting sometimes for 2 or 3 hours before being informed that they were not coming. Not a company I would recommend

My 90 year old father could not get a signal on his television and thought it was his aerial due to the high winds and called this company out. It turned out that the tv needed retuning which the man did. It took him five minutes and he charged him £90.00.
Beware not all criminals wear masks!!!

Aerial had dislodged in the recent storm. Contacted yesterday, got a speedy reply. Engineer booked for today, phoned me with a time slot, and again 10 mins out. Job sorted with new aerial and a simplified cabling system.

What a great professional service! We've been having problems with our TV and PVR. Sent a message just after 10am yesterday. In less than an hour I had had a call from the company and then a call from their expert to get directions to our house. Vinnie explained what the problem was (very old aerial) and how the signal was relatively poor using a specialist bit of kit. He gave me a quote for replacing the aerial which I accepted and that was completed. He then demonstrated how much the signal had improved at the end of the aerial lead and everything then worked beautifully. And all completed before 1pm!!!

Having arranged a home move with Sky on the Monday, Sky engineer turned up to say that he was unable to fit the dish, and duly left telling me to contact a third party. On leaving I requested a no obligation survey to be carried out by said third party, and I immediately received a call from the admin staff and informed that an engineer would carry out the survey that same day. On visiting my home that afternoon the engineer quickly confirmed that there would be no problems installing the dish, which would be completely unaffected by any possible tree coverage in the summer months, and that he would be the following day to complete the installation. The next day he arrived as promised, quickly installed the new dish, ran the cable neatly to the room of my choosing and entered the cable at exactly the point I requested. Sky was connected to the new cable, signal strength was excellent and job done and dusted in a matter of 45 minutes. All tidied up, photographs provided before and after at the cost agreed in advance. Would I use them again Absolutely. Could not fault the service I received.

We were not sure if we needed an aerial but yesterday we had Paul here from Taylor Aerials. He had a good look and diagnosed a poor signal. In spite of the wintry weather he went up the ladder and fixed an aerial . The difference is amazing already .Paul was very efficient and polite and left no mess . He even took his boots off each time he entered the house. A year's guarantee is offered and someone from the firm rang today to confirm that we were happy. Highly recommend Taylor's'

Company quick and efficient service. Out the next day and new aerial fitted quickly. Engineer explained everything first and gave me a quote, then fitted aerial right away. Engineer very helpful.

Prompt, efficient service. The engineer, Colin Campbell was courteous, helpful at explaining the problem and once the job completed, explained my tv channels snd the better reception. Would highly recommend.

After having a cctv installed on Friday 02nd of August ,
We are still waiting for it to be removed and re funded
However we were told that the customer service manager was to call back to sought out .
Not happy at all .
Not what we were needed it or wanted .
Product not suitable for us

I complained direct to Taylor aerials about a costly installation and put a review on Trustpilot. I did not expect to get anywhere even though they responded on Trustpilot initially. Today I received a phone call to discuss my complaint and am now a very satisfied customer as this was taken seriously and resolved efficiently by James.

Job done, highly satisfactory result for a good price. James sorted out an initial issue promptly and that is resolved.

Prompt action on request for aerial check, polite and helpful engineer who attended explaining problem then fixing to our satisfaction. Would certainly recommend to anyone requiring help with aerial problems.

I was attended very quickly, after my satalite feed went down. Worker was clean and tidy and kept me appraised of issues as those were found. A quote was given and work completed on the first visit.

Phoned up about 11am to inquire for a quote for a cable to be redirected and a new aerial. 2pm engineer arrived listened to what I wanted gave me advice for a easy oppension He went ahead with the job and never left until he was satisfied all was good. very pleasant engineer would highly recommend this company.

The engineer was very pleasant and tested the TV first before examining the satalite dish and parts resulting in a new part having to be fitted due to age and water being in the part. He explained the situation and and the cost before completing the job. What was pleasing was a phone call from the firm a few days lat er asking if everything was ok and we were happy with the outcome. Thank you

Your friendly and efficient engineer found out quickly what was wrong, proved it to us, agreed action and price then fitted a new aerial quickly without fuss (it was raining) and finally proved it was working before we paid. All done quickly and simply. No mess, he took all of the old stuff away. Perfect.

I was recently contacted by a representative of Taylor Aerials. She was really helpful, and now i will receive my pensioner discount. The new aerial is working perfectly, cannot fault the installation, thanks Taylor Aerials.
