As others have said, this company are thieves. It's disappointing because I've used them for almost 4 years now, but I accidentally paid twice a few months ago for a service, and despite following up with them seven times on phone calls and emails, they haven't refunded me the £80 they owe me.

Do not use them.

I have been a customer of Metro Pat for four years; however, I regret to say that I will not be using their services again. My recent experience with an engineer/assessor named Tony was highly unsatisfactory. From the moment he arrived, his manner was discourteous, abrupt, and wholly unprofessional.
The assessment he conducted was not only costly but also contained numerous inaccuracies. When I attempted to submit a formal complaint regarding both his conduct and the quality of the assessment, it appeared that there was minimal interest in addressing my concerns or providing meaningful support.
This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in the organisation, and I can no longer recommend or continue to use their services.

I booked a same-day service, then was told the certificate would be 48 hours. Customer service was deplorable and not helpful; they lost a potential repeat customer here because the person doing the test itself was nice and would book him again. Avoid at all costs, plenty of other PAT testing companies in London.

We were customers of Metro pat who provided a basic service nothing great when they visited. We made a large over payment of money to them in error.

Instead of returning this large sum that does not belong to them, they have refused to pay the amount back. When talking to Dione and other office members who work from home, as they have no office or registered official office they tell lies and avoid calls and trying to resolve any issues.

I had booked a PAT Test for me and 2 other DJ's for a Home Visit on 11th of April, the Engineer was in and out within 40 mins, and Metro Pat are trying to charge me over £240 for this service. Shocking!! I have tried to contact them for a call back 3 times and nobody has got back to me to try and sort out this issue. I am a returning customer and this is how I'm treated. I was charged less then £100 last year for 2 names to be put on the PAT Test paperwork. This needs to be resolved before I report them to the Office of Fair Trading. Terrible customer service....

I booked Metro to complete an asbestos survey which cost 300 and must be paid prior to visit. The surveyor was in the property for no more than 15 minutes, proceeded to only take pictures of the hallway despite being shown area's of concern in the property.

I had no communications after the visit but was assured asbestos was present in the property, I chased them for the report as I did not receive one but only to find this was a template likely from the internet with pictures of the hallway and no more informed than before.
After reaching out a number of times, "Tony" responded with I have more of a mold issue, no exactly the most professional response or way of addressing a customer’s concerns.
Despite best efforts to rectify the issue, I am ignored by the company and 300 worse off.

Please DO NOT waste your money or time with this company, completely take your money and run.

Did my first FRA with Ned Collins and his team in 2024 which was a seamless experience so it only made sense to go back to them for the renewal. They’re 5 star service still so consistent, my renewal was booked in with a 24 hour turn around, my report was with me in literally a few hours after the appointment and recommendations clearly listed. Ned also made himself available to me to go through any queries I had. They’ve simply been fantastic. I cant recommend them enough

We had a fire risk assessment and other multiple services done by METROPAT, I really loved their service. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable engineers and the admin ladies over the phone were fantastic. Thank you so much. We hope to do business with you again soon.

We had a Fire Risk assessment done last week for our office and the report was sent over to us. It was horrendous! All the information on the report were wrong. I requested a phone call and the auditor called us. He seemed to be the only one that actually knew what he was doing, asked him a few questions and he was able to give me sensible recommendations. He was willing to make corrections to our report over the phone. but even he couldn't explain to me why their silly officer who came on site couldn't get the right information. It's been a bad experience with this company and we would certainly not be doing business with them anymore.

Avoid at all cost, this is one of worst service I experienced, I had chase up weeks for one signature from them, when I asked them to sign and send the dotument back, they said they don't have printer, also the girl in the office will tell you she will call back but she never dose.
Please never use them ever again
