Their unique perspective, and ability to simplify complicated property tax laws helped them achieve that goal. Eventually, they came to realize that their seminar partners were far more interested in profits than the success of the students. Honest, Transparent, Cheerleaders, Great Experience
I'm a bit late with my review and I would like to share the following. I attend the three-day Tax Sale Support event in Virginia. To my surprise, I was not mentally prepared for the information, that was presented. Tom, the presenter did an excellent job providing the information to the group. During lunch, a support staff was at each table, who provided their experience and answered questions. Tom also had Shade and Stephen as guests as they walked us through the due diligence process that has to be completed before purchasing a property. I was overwhelmed and felt like I was drinking from a fire hose. However, I signed up for the advanced program and I have never looked back. I received one- on-one coaching sessions with Michael, who is the ultimate professional. He gave me all the tools I needed to succeed. Plus, Shade and Stephen conducted weekly group webinars. I have been with Tax Sale Support for over a year, I have purchased a total of eight properties (5 SFR and 3 vacant land) including tax liens. Without Tax Sale Support, I would not be successful. It's not easy, you have to invest time and put in the work, but once you have a system in place the research (due diligence) will become easy. I cannot forget Ann who is simply amazing. All the team members are very helpful and they want nothing more than to see you succeed. Tax Sale Support is not like any other, they truly care about their students. I love my Tax Sale Support Family!

A TSS video came up on my Instagram feed. Then I saw Stephen and Shade and I remembered these cats from 20 years ago. I listened to the video and knew this was the right thing to do. I signed up for there 3 day workshop, and was completely thrilled at the level of clarity, consciousness and compassion. Every team member made me feel safe. So I made the choice to become a member.

My experience from 2018 until NOW
I first came upon Tax Sale support in Sept 2018. I became interested because of their YouTube channel. I watched dozens of their videos and was impressed with the no-nonsense just tell it like it is approach to tax sales. I had worked in in other forms of real estate investing but hadn't been able to get a strong foothold in tax sales. By the end of 2019 I had joined their membership and even signed up for and spoken with a coach. Michael and Ann were so helpful I was able to acquire 5 properties through tax sales in my first 6 months. 3 land deals and 2 with structures on them. One structure was a house, and one was a trailer on the property. In 2019 I was able to acquire over a dozen properties with the help of Ann, Michael and Stephen and Shade. I have learned so much from those. 4. Later in 2021 I was able to attend live trainings with their team and learned even more. It's like every time I am around them, I learn new strategies that continue to accelerate my business. I am know working on commercial properties I didn't think I would ever be a part of while I still do many other investments. These guys are expert researchers and have systems for everything. Everyone I have met have been friendly and sincere. Early on they seemed a little behind on software but that has changed over the past couple years. I have been able to acquire dozens of properties a year because of them. Amazing information and an amazing team. Thank you, Tax Sale Support, for all your help. You're the best.

3 Day event and support.
I attended the 3 Day event a few weeks ago. I was very skeptical because I have invested in the past. The team was so supportive. It’s not easy to bid on a property but the company has helped me overcome my fears. I’ve never had a company that didn’t disappear after the event. The guys from the training actually gave me their numbers and when I call or text, they actually Answer! Ann in the office is always there when I call. I’m so happy to have decided to move forward with the team.

Honestly these guys have continually gone above and beyond. I’ve been working with them since last summer and I can’t believe how dedicated they are to help people. Sincere, Genuine, Best Education for Investing
I have learned how to invest knowing when a purchase is a good one and when it is a bad one. I bought a property with a small amount of investment capital. Less than 1K. There are bigger investments out there but I wanted to start out small. The education and care of the mentors and customer support surpassed all of my expectations. The integrity and genuine sincerity of their willingness to help me learn has been outstanding! I would give 10 stars if I could! I have been with other companies and programs that have not taught me how to invest like this one has.

The seminar itself has lot of of…
The seminar itself has lot of of information, but not worthed for the price they claimed for. Be careful! They shouldn't charge so much for the beginner people. Other big investor bidded the property like crazy for the beginner is very very hard to compete. Other real estate company provide a better software. Be careful on over the counter property. In the google pic, it is a building but if you order the photo guy, the building got demolished. They don't give the list of contractor company, buyers list. we have to do our own research on everything. It's not worth the price.

Great introduction to tax sale investing but unless you have a lot of capital to play with, you're not going to be able to put anything that you learn to practical use.
Subscribed for 3 months. It's a great introduction to tax sale investing. However, that's as far as it goes with the subscription. I've attended 4 online deed auctions since then and can confirm that unless you have 30+ thousand dollars, you're not going to be able to acquire anything as parcels cheaper than that are bid so high that the margins are slim to none. In the case of liens, almost always, the premium on the bid is so high that the yield is again slim to none. Now with an inflated real estate market, you can certainly bet that institutional investors are going to swoop in and acquire anything of value. Wish I came across this maybe 5 years ago.
