Hey Dustin, I've requested to download your course 6 times and yet it has never been delivered to my inbox. Is this how your program is run also??? And yes I've checked my spam folder. Is this possibly because of my email to you a few months back when I expressed my concern about your up-charges???

I’m very disappointed with the professionalism of the team. Or at least the person that I was working with, Brandon F.. I was looking forward to my meeting and when I received my call this afternoon the sales rep asked me if this was a good time. I advised him that it was a good time. I apologized that if I sounded distant, I was in the middle of multitasking. He then asked me, what was I busy doing! I was very puzzled by this question because it seemed very inappropriate. So I reiterated that I’m here and available to take the call. He asked me again stating he wants to be respectful of my time. If I’m busy, we can reschedule the call or he can give me a call back in a few minutes. I told him no I’m fine. I can hear him. I’m here. When I said that, he mumbled under his breath, that’s interesting. And then he asked me once again if you’re not able to talk right now, I can give you a call another time. Mind you while all this is happening. I was in the middle of using the bathroom when the phone rang. My nail popped off. I run and get my nail glue and I was gluing my nail back on all while trying to adjust the phone so I can sit down and have the conversation. As I was trying to get myself settled so I can sit down and have this call, I gave another response to him that I had stated several times that I’m fine. I’m here and I was expecting to have a professional call with someone in regards to the opportunity that Dustin has. Before finishing my statement he cut me off and said “I don’t think this will be a good fit.” And then I hung up. This is completely unacceptable. I didn’t do anything to warrant this behavior. I was ready when the call came in. I’m not a child and if I tell the rep on the other side that I’m available and That I am able to take the call then he should proceed. Not question me multiple times after I’ve already given a concrete answer. And certainly not asking me What am I busy doing! That is personal and quite frankly, none of the reps business. But I should not have to say that. It seemed more like he was looking for a reason to not have the call and took whatever opportunity that he saw was convenient. Even when I received the first call from him yesterday, I was explaining to him the time difference and I completely forgot that there was Possibly a time difference. I was in a middle of a call with a customer and I put the customer on hold. When he greeted me one of the first things he said was I will be respectful to you and I would expect you to be respectful of me as well. it may not sound like much but I remember when he said I was thinking that was weird, but I just moved past it as if I didn’t notice it, assuming that maybe it was just an awkward moment. But based on the call today it’s either a personality issue or professional one and I would bet on both

My husband and I started the program on Tuesday, May 28th. Already purchased 4 tax liens on Saturday, June 1st, and are preparing for our first tax deed auction on June 12th. So excited for our future! Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us Dustin!

I really like the Youtube trainings that I can watch anytime but I when you sign up for their program Josh and Cory does some advanced trainings that are fantastic. I have followed these guys for a long time. Thank You for the program.

For someone getting started in Tax Liens and Deeds. The best information you can get.

I scheduled a call with this Dustin Hahn (or one of his associates. The confirmation email said 1730CST but the texts that I was receiving said 1830CST this was consistent all the way up to the last email which was at 1720CST which stated "I will be calling you in 10 minutes. Whatever, my phone never rang not at 1730, not at 1830 not at all... Also there are no reviews on Trust Pilot or anywhere that I can see that are positive that make any claim of revenue earned with this system. Only positive reviews (and there are many) of people that are "EXCITED" about the program. i.e. IT SOUNDS GREAT!!! Well, I have no idea what it sounds like, cuz my phone aint ringin!!!
And for this reason, you get one star.

I was thinking of ways to transition from the 9 to 5; came across Dustin Hahn on you tube and now I'm building my knowledge to kick off this transition

The information and attention to detail seems pretty well put together. There are some points that I think should be improved on and maybe even just updated. As for the videos, I think even an updated version beyond a podcast would do wonders for people like me who are sometimes more visual. I love that the course is open and free. I’ve NEVER come across another company that gives out information and knowledge of this caliber for no charge. It’s amazing that you’re willing to do that for people and I stand behind the principal of it. However, one problem I had is I was unable to sign up for a call. Whenever I tried either link, it kept saying the site blocked me. Other than that the program so far seems legitimate and I can’t wait to put it into practice. If all goes well, I will also be sharing with friends and family that are interested in real estate. Thank you.

Jumped on a call, super salesy is ridiculous....the pressure to make a decision on the call is unreal

I attended a course on tax liens and deed sales and didn't learn half the information that's taught in this course by Dustin. I like that he makes its understandable to us who don't/didn't know anything about this niche. For the last 3 days I literally been reading the information given, watching your channel, and this is a game changer. I hate I missed the one on one phone call but THANKS FROM A OILFIED WORKER TO ANOTHER, this will be my escape to finical freedom.
