Lies. I have not gotten a refund for the misleading 6 hour "workshop" I purchased and it's been a week. No acknowledgment either of my two emails.
The tax lien business is legit, however I paid $47 for a 6 hour Saturday workshop this spring instead of being outside and received nothing but a long drawn out pre recorded sales pitch! You can't talk to others or ask questions in the group. You can only email in questions for later.
You have to purchase the course for $1900 to get any info then they want you to hire coaches. There were a few useful tidbits in the first hour and then a some useful info in hour 5 but missed some of it and they don't offer any recording you can playback. You'd have to be glued to this for the entire 6 hrs which I was just happened to be in the restroom during the 5 minutes that provided some useful info . (eye roll)
Lie #2 Anyone can do it with a laptop. Wrong, you need money. Not everyone has money and not everyone that has money can tie it up for years at a time. In promo video he says anyone can get started with as little as $50. True. In other videos he acknowledges people want to hear him say you can make money with only $50 but you will not make enough to make it worth your time if you do it that way. $50 with 18% interest that can take years to collect is hardly a way to make a living. You need real money to invest that you might not have access to for years.
