Taxi Centrale X-Cellent Recensioni 

Meerdere keren een mail gestuurd voor een taxi aanvraag. Geen antwoord. Telefonisch niet te bereiken, aantal keren gebeld maar er wordt niet opgenomen. Whatsapp gestuurd, wordt niet geantwoord. Dit kan toch niet? Een taxibedrijf moet toch bereikbaar zijn! Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt!

Super aardige chauffeurs voor onze taxirit naar en van Schiphol met 6 personen en al onze bagage! Keurig op tijd, zelfs wat eerder en ook met ophalen was er steeds contact en dat geeft een fijn gevoel, ze doen er alles aan om je van dienst te zijn!!! Top bedrijf en heel betrouwbaar!!!

Terrible and irresponsible company. It claims its website that its drivers will arrive on time as long as the correct flight number is provided. That is not my experience. We arrived earlier than expected and had to wait almost three hours for the taxi. We could not get in touch with the company for the first 1.5 hours. Nobody answered our calls or Whatsapp messages. Then we were given wrong information about the taxi's arrival time.
Use this company only if you want to waste time or look like fools.

Vriendelijk personeel en altijd mooi op tijd

ONBETROUWBAAR! sta met 4 man op taxi te wachten naar vliegveld en er verschijnt niemand. (ondanks bevestigde afspraak per mail).
telefoon wordt niet opgenomen, whats app niet gelezen. Neemt niet eens de moeite om te reageren, ook niet op een later moment.
dit is dodelijk voor een taxibedrijf....

I started using this company back in 2013. I have always given them five stars as I consider their work outstanding. However, their quality has reduced considerably in the last year. I don't know if they changed owners or if the new drivers do not have the same quality standards, but they have definitely changed. Now, drivers always arrive 10-20 min late, and when you are waiting for them at Schiphol, you have to wait 30-40 min, which is insane. Before, I would call them when waiting for my luggage, and they would send the driver at that point. Now, I call them when waiting for my luggage, and then I have to call a second time after waiting 15 minutes outside, and then they send the driver. The most annoying experience happened on my last trip when the driver started texting for so long that I had to tell him to call on him. This guy was looking more to his phone than to the road. I told him to stop, finish his text, and continue. I would rather lose five minutes than risk an accident.
Sadly, I will not be using their services again. I tolerated all these crappy services for several rides to give a trusted company a chance. But, not anymore.
They lost a long-term client.
