I got in touch with Taxassist, looking for assistance in filling out my Form 11. I was put onto Niall O’Donovan at TaxAssist Naas, who arranged a Teams meeting to discuss my case. After talking me through their process and fees, he was happy to answer all the questions I had regarding my tax return.

Because I had already filled out most of my Form 11 I didn’t opt for the service, however Niall was still more than happy to provide details on how to fill in the form.

I will be going back to Niall next year to use the full tax return service that he provides, which is also a very fair price for the stress and time it saves.

I used Taxi Assist Galway to help me with my tax returns. They were precise and efficient, got everything sorted quickly and took all the stress of doing it myself away. I intend to use them again and would recommend their services.

I'm giving 2 starts for immediate callback after I signed up for the online form to request a callback. The person who called was really unhelpful and quite rude. She didn't give enough information and the answers she gave were rude and then she just said thank you and hung up. Horrible service.
