Taurus beds was very professional
Taurus beds was very professional. They would call and update us. Bed came soon, was assembled really quick and looks very sturdy and good. Our third bed from Taurus beds.

Excellent service from start to finish. The packaging around the furniture was the best I have ever seen and everything arrived in perfect condition. It is beautiful furniture and I am really pleased with it all. Thank you for your excellent customer care.

Purchased bedside tables
Purchased bedside tables, a chest of draws and under bed boxes from Taurus beds. The service was excellent, the furniture looks great. There was an issue with one of the handles (thread was missing so the nut couldn’t hold it in place). One email to Taurus beds, special thanks to Gouldi, and a replacement handle was shipped out to me immediately. Bedside tables were made to a custom size. As my size requirements were flexible, I provided the boundaries and Taurus beds did the final size selection. They made sure that the furniture had aesthetically pleasing dimensions.

I went on holiday and stayed in a wonderful cottage on The Scillies where they had Taurus mattresses. I have a chronic back problem and whilst away found the mattress I slept on to really help my back. I got the details from the owner and ordered directly from Taurus. They were so helpful all the way through the process and kept me informed regarding delivery etc. On the day of delivery the mattress arrived well within the two hour time slot given. Couldn't be more pleased with my mattress. Would most certainly purchase from Taurus again if I ever needed anything else 😀

Faultless process.
Seamless, professional ordering and delivery process, everything happened as I had been informed. Erection of bed by delivery men was very quick and efficient. Faultless process, very happy with my new bed.

Great service and quality furniture
The service that I received from start to finish was fantastic; from both instore and the delivery guys. Both pieces of furniture were delivered on time and I was kept informed each step of the way. I ordered a bookshelf and chest of draws, which are solid pieces of furniture with a great finish. I would highly recommend Taurus Beds.
