Moving heavy furniture in my home.

Alphonso and Nana were professional, courteous, and efficient in moving a heavy overstuffed sofa bed from one room, through a small doorway, and into another room. They also moved a king bed from the second floor to the first floor level. I will definitely use the service again. Many thanks. Janet

I had an excellent experience with Taskrabbit Delivery! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My delivery was handled with care, arrived on time, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. The driver was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was delivered safely.
What I appreciated most was how easy the service was to use and how reliable it was. It's hard to find a delivery service that combines efficiency with great customer service, but Taskrabbit definitely exceeded my expectations.

Delivery team had the expertise to detach the glass top of desk to be moved. They completed the task in about 1O minutes. The entire job was completed in less than an hour. I highly recommend Sergio and his partner.

My task rabbit took excellent care of my item

Kunmi was incredible, she was highly communicative well before we met in person, showed up early the day of my move with all the equipment and more that we need to move, was a major help overall. If I could give more stars I would. Truly the best! Thank you!

Worst experience. If I could leave a negative start, I would. The delivery guys were nice but inexperienced. They were not able to deliver my furniture. They did not assess the delivery before having it loaded. They did not arrive or transport my furniture in the type of vehicle that was requested. I requested a cargo van, and they showed up with a mini U-Haul trailer. They didn’t fully read the details of the delivery. It was stated that they had to go up two flights of stairs. The gentleman admitted that was his first delivery of that kind. They told me I would have to call a moving company to take my furniture to the second floor. My furniture fell apart in the driveway. I can’t blame them completely for that, but it could have been due to transportation and the construction of the wardrobe. Needless to say I would never use task rabbit or dolly again. Ultimately I had to have the furniture returned to the store.

I was shocked how much it cost to deliver my wire closet system from Scottsdale to Sun Lakes. Had i been in AZ when parts were ready I could have picked them up myself.
I had to have someone at my home to accept the parts, and then again for installation.
There were parts missing! I'm not there, so I don't know if Container Store screwed up, or you did.

The driver Luis was great. However, I paid for two people to move the item due to its size and weight. With only one mover it requires the seller the find help to load the item when Luis arrived and for myself to help unload the item. I have already requested for someone to contact me regarding my payment but have not heard anything.

They sent a man and a woman with a pick up truck who did not speak any English at all. They spoke only Spanish and tried using Google translate to communicate. The people at the auction site where the pick up took place told me they had to stop everything they were doing and determine who they were and what they were picking up and then help them load. They were instructed and provided with a receipt to give to the pick up location and were to load them items without assistance. When they arrived at my address they had no idea how to follow the delivery instructions making it quite an ordeal to help them locate the main entry. Never again will I use this service.

am very disappointed with the service provided. The two helpers were not professional movers and did not appear to have the basic skills required to move furniture and other items without causing damage. As a result, my couch was scratched and damaged, and there was also damage to the walls. Because of this, I am now being charged by my leasing team for the repairs.
I am not satisfied with the quality of the service and do not believe it was worth the amount paid.

The day of the move was very smooth. The helpers were prompt, efficient and friendly. I was a little confused initially when I booked the move, as I got a notice saying the van I wanted wasn’t available. As a result, I wasn’t sure what exactly I was getting day of. I reached out to you all a day or two before and was able to confirm I was getting what I ordered.

The guys delivering had excellent communication and were very quick and polite when delivering the refrigerator. I would be very happy to hire them.
For some me reason the app didn’t allow me to tip so I felt irritated by that.

Horrible experience using task rabbit for the first time. The guy showed up and was not able to complete my job. He left doing no work. When I tried to contact Taskrabbit to cancel the order they only offered me $20 on my next service. I will never use task rabbit again. As that was completely unacceptable and Inconvenient.

I never saw the delivery as it went to our new house but it came on time and was correct

Movers damaged my things and my flooring in my new apartment. Now, when I try to address the issue with customer service, which had been prompt up until delivery day, I am ghosted.
