the men who delivered my bed were excellent and ever so kind and respectful

Envers worked quickly and put the units together professionally. He was efficient and polite.

The delivery itself was great, but the delivery PERSON didn't even say hello nor did he look at me. He was more interested in taking a picture of my delivery and seemed not to notice I was standing there. i said thank you and he just walked out and never said a word

I have asked for a reduction in the amount that I paid ($250) because the truck they sent which was a box truck was too small to fit the Dresser in. I had to use my own truck to haul it, the workers helped me load and unload, so I should only have to pay for their time not the amount for the truck. I have sent this request in on Monday and no one as of today, 9/23 has responded.

they charged me twice because they were not integrated with IKEA. The person who called me about it did not speak English; this is America. And could not resolve this dilemma. Instead of an easy experience, it was very nerve-wracking

He was very respectful and professional. Everything was handled quickly, and communication was smooth and easy throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Arrived early and Loiis and Ron where very helpful and just did the job correctly.

Both men provided good service. Also received good reviews from store employees

They were supposed to be there between 5:30 and 6:00pm. They were a good 2 hours late getting to the first stop. They did communicate well about running late. It was disappointing that I had to reschedule some things because of this.
The guys were very nice and very careful moving the pieces into the house.

One large item of my total delivery was damaged. The delivery team improperly mishandled placing the item in their delivery truck and by doing that it recieved ...significant impact damage . That item had to be reordered . The delivery team was also 1.5 hours + late in delivering my items . There was a lack of real accountability and poor communication with the delivery team about what actually happened and how to resolve our damaged item . The delivery team was not rude or necessarily unprofessional..the way the it was handled was poorly. They seemed to be very much at odds of how to try and resolve the situation because they were not able to promptly contact the delivery company due the entire system being online . I was charged a full delivery amount but only recived 2/3 of my order due rejection of damaged item. Please give your delivery people a way to speak to somebody directly when there is an issue that needs to be resolved promptly . Thank you .

Nour was great! We had to move a number of items from my aunt's home and he made the process stress-free & efficient. I'd recommend him if you have a small move in NYC or northern NJ.

The delivery service was exceptional. On time and helpful.

The takers were excellent but the cost was a bit overpriced.

- Helpers arrived one hour later than agreed start time
- They showed up in a pickup truck when I reserved a cargo van. This caused us to make more trips than originally planned. They told me the van was “in the shop”, however I was not made aware of this until they arrived.
- The helpers could have been more careful with my furniture. Numerous small shelves and handles were dropped while they were moving furniture. I even found a small piece of my bed frame on the stairs outside, meaning the helpers didn’t even notice it fell or didn’t bother to pick it up. Due to the limited space of the pickup truck bed, they had to jam my furniture around, chipping the corners of my bed frame and tv stand!
