Damage from delivery

There was a damage caused by the delivery to walls, ceilings, etc. The helpers worked hard but seemed not to have experience with moving a treadmill. I think the damage could have been avoided if there was a little strategizing ahead of time.

Dolly delivery service on time…

The Dolly delivery service was on time and exceeded expectations. They delivered the washer and dryer upstairs and even helped us connect them. They didn’t have to do that but it was a very kind courtesy. Thank you!

Great moving team!

Easy booking. Great customer support with timely response. The helpers were fantastic, they were efficient, they knew what they were doing and super helpful.

Hice una compra el día 26 de mayo q…

Hice una compra el día 26 de mayo q debía llegar el día 30 de mayo.. Hoy ya es 4 de junio y no he recibido nada y el seguimiento por la página no existe.. Una muy mala experiencia..

It would have been nice to know that…

It would have been nice to know that Dolly doesn't exist and that Taskrabbit is the name of the new service. I was expecting Dolly emails and wasn't aware of the namechange so I deleted all my notifications thinking it was a scam as I wasn't expecting Taskrabbit, all the while my delivery was cancelled.

Bad experience

The web client failed twice when I tried to view/edit my task, which made me think it never got scheduled. In reality, it got double-scheduled. So the first one wound up charging me for a no-show, and the second one dinged me 20% when I cancelled it within 48 hours.

Just a bad experience overall. I will not use this service again.
