Healthy and delicious alternative hummus! We can’t wait for it to be stocked in more stores! We love that it had more protein and less fat than regular hummus! We also loved the packaging and the customer service was 10/10! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

great lummus not so great delivery
The product is great, the delivery service not so much. They delivered late and the order was stuck at the depot over the weekend which meant product didn’t arrive fresh even though it was packed with ice packs

Hi Catarina - our sincere apologies about the delay in the delivery. We use DHL Express next day delivery, and pack the product to ensure 72h of controlled temperature, but sometimes there are delays from the courier that are not in our control. We are glad to hear that you were still able to enjoy the Lummus though, and really appreciate the feedback on the delivery - we will address this with them.

WOW. Their “Lummus” is truly mind blowing. Tasty and nutritious - unbeatable combo. Perfect snack for any time of the day. Or, as has been the case, multiple times a day. I can put it on literally anything. Adding it to your plate turns the blandest dish into a tastefully flavoured culinary masterpiece. Really surprised with this product - couldn’t recommend any stronger.

The order arrived quickly and with a personalized message. Very good attention to details.
Had a issue with 1 item missing, but quickly the costumer service answered my email and sent that item to me.

After making the purchase, it took a few days to receive the confirmation of the order.
Still waiting for the confirmation of the final date, plus tracking ID.
I think it should improve, so that the customer feels more confident that his money was well spend.

Estava com bastante expetativas, no entanto desiludi-me bastante, infelizmente!
O sabor dos próprios tremoços sabem a industrializados, algo que nem me deu para comer mais do que 5, porque não têm sabor sequer a tremoços.

Olá Maria, muito obrigada pelo feedback. Lamentamos que não tenhas achado o sabor agradável. Os tremoços Tarwi têm como caracteristica uma leve acidez, que vem da adição do ácido lático na receita. O ácido lático é um acidificante natural que vem do processo de fermentação de alimentos, e é o que nos permite preservar o tremoço em saquetas, com menos sal, e sem recorrer ao uso de salmoura. É tremoço português reinventado e, como tal, com um perfil de sabor diferente ao que encontramos tradicionalmente em supermecados e restaurantes.
Pela nossa politica de sustentabilidade, esforçamo-nos para ter tremoço nacional de modo a minimizar a nossa pegada de carbono, temos tremoços de todos os tamanhos para que não haja desperdicio alimentar, e utilizamos apenas os ingredientes necessários para que haja o minimo de processamento possível. Nesta perspectiva, o Tremoço Tarwi até é menos industrializado do que o tremoço tradicional 😊
Mas entendemos o teu ponto, porque é realmente diferente do tremoço que estamos habituados a consumir! Do nosso lado, achamos que é o que o torna ainda mais especial 😊
