⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience with Tarteel Travel
I had an absolutely excellent experience with Tarteel Travel, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a legitimate, professional, and reliable company for Saudi visa services.
I used Tarteel Travel to process my 10-year Saudi visa. I was told the process could take up to five business days, but to my surprise, everything was completed in just one business day. I received my passport and visa back within one business day, which was much faster than I expected.
What impressed me most was their communication, professionalism, and transparency. Everything they advertise online, they actually fulfill. The service I received matched what they promised, and there were no surprises or misleading claims.
I also personally verified that Tarteel Travel has a real physical location, which gave me additional peace of mind. Based on my personal experience and the verification I did myself, I can confidently say that Tarteel Travel is a legitimate company and not a scam. They have a real presence, real communication, and they deliver the services they advertise.
My experience was fast, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely use Tarteel Travel again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company to assist with a Saudi visa.

I took my family to umrah with Tarteel travel and the service we got was exceptional. I want to take this opportunity to really thank and appreciate the Tarteel team in Madina and Makka who was there for us for everything we needed to do our Umrah. Brother Abdulmajeed was absolutely professional and knowledgeable and we truly appreciate his sincere support and guidance.
The hotel we stayed in Makka was within the Haram and we don’t have to travel, the transportation from Madina to Makka and to Ziyarat were generally very smooth and uneventful.
Overall, our umrah trip was unforgettable experience and May Allah accept our sacred journey, forgive all our sins, and answer every dua we make.
I’ll highly recommend to every Muslim who’s planning to make this sacred journey for either Umrah or Hajj to go with Tarteel travel and you’ll never get disappointed Insha’Allah.

If I could give Tarteel Travel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Five stars simply aren’t enough. In my opinion, they deserve to be recognized globally as one of the very best Umrah tour operators. Choosing Tarteel Travel was hands down the best decision we made.
As I’m writing this review, I’m honestly emotional. This wasn’t just an Umrah trip, it was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and life-changing experiences of my life. I’ve traveled extensively over the years and have been on many tours, and I can confidently say that this was, by far, the best tour I have ever experienced.
My deepest gratitude goes to Brother Abdelmajeed. Your leadership, humility, professionalism, organization, and genuine care for every pilgrim were evident every single day. You made every one of us feel valued, cared for, and at ease. May Allah (SWT) reward you abundantly for serving the guests of His Sacred House.
A heartfelt thank you to Sheikh Abu Toba for your inspiring reminders, wisdom, and knowledge that enriched our Umrah and strengthened our connection with Allah (SWT). Every lecture touched our hearts and made this journey even more meaningful. May Allah (SWT) preserve you and reward you with the highest ranks in Jannah.
A special thank you to Imam Abu Rayan. You have built an exceptional team in both Makkah and Madinah, and it truly shows in every interaction. The love, sincerity, professionalism, and dedication of every team member are a reflection of your leadership and vision. May Allah (SWT) continue to bless you, your team, and this beautiful work.
Thank you as well to Brother Omar, Abu Suliman, Sister Manal, Mona, Abeer, all of the wonderful drivers, and every member of the Tarteel team. You didn’t treat us like customers, you treated us like family, and that is something we will never forget.
We genuinely felt like we received VIP treatment from beginning to end. The hotel selections were outstanding, the food was delicious, and the air-conditioned transportation was exceptional. Even the smallest gestures, making sure we always had cold water, checking on everyone’s comfort, surprising us with thoughtful gifts, and ending the journey with a beautiful farewell feast, showed how much you genuinely cared.
The educational and spiritual guidance throughout the trip was beyond anything I expected. This wasn’t just an Umrah trip, it was a journey of faith, learning, and personal growth that I will carry with me forever.
My mother and I will return home with hearts full of gratitude and memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I honestly didn’t expect to become so attached to everyone, but here I am writing this review feeling genuinely sad that it’s over. Saying goodbye will be one of the hardest parts because you truly became family.
Jazakum Allahu Khayran to the entire Tarteel family. May Allah (SWT) reward every one of you with Jannatul Firdaus, bless your families, place immense barakah in your work, and accept your efforts in serving the guests of His Sacred House. Ameen.
If you’re thinking about going for Umrah, trust me, don’t hesitate for even a second. Just book with Tarteel Travel. You will not be disappointed. They don’t just organize an Umrah, they create an experience that will stay with you for the rest of your life. In shaa Allah, every future Umrah I perform will be with Tarteel Travel, and when Allah (SWT) blesses me with the opportunity to perform Hajj, there is no question in my mind that I will choose Tarteel again. I will proudly recommend them to every single person I know.

As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
Thank you so much for your kind review and for sharing your experience with Tarteel Travel.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the cancellation of our Ramadan 2026 Umrah package, which was affected by the war and uncertainty in the Middle East at that time. In the early stage of the situation, there was a lot of confusion, and after careful consideration, we made the decision to cancel the package for all travelers out of concern for everyone’s safety and well-being.
Although some parts of the trip, including certain flight arrangements, were non-refundable, we did our best to support each customer fairly, honestly, and professionally. We are grateful that you recognized our effort to keep you informed, refund your hotel amount, and help move your booking into another package.
At Tarteel Travel, we believe honesty, transparency, and customer care matter most, especially during difficult and uncertain situations. We worked hard to facilitate refunds where possible for everyone affected, and we also helped those who wanted to switch to another Umrah package do so successfully.
Your trust means a lot to us, and we are honored by your recommendation. We ask Allah to bless you and reward you, and we look forward to serving you again in the future, in sha Allah.
Warm regards,

book w tarteel NOW !!
Traveling for umrah with tarteel was genuinely one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. It was my first umrah and first time traveling alone, and on top of that it was also during a middle of an ongoing war. My family was very worried about me going at first but tarteel did such an amazing job at making both me and my family feel at ease. They constantly sent out videos and updates reassuring us that everything was safe and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns which made a huge difference. One of the best parts was how organized everything was, they handled all the flights, transportation, hotels, and sent out a whole itinerary ahead of time so I didn't have to stress about anything and could fully focus on my ibadah. I really appreciated how uch they taught us throughout this trip. Every masjid, mountain, and place we visited came with an explanation and history behind it. It made everything feel so much deeper and more meaningful, instead of just going from place to place without understanding. The staff were beyond amazing and caring. They were kind, welcoming, and I could see that they genuinely cared about everyone in the group. It didn’t feel like traveling with strangers, it felt like being with family. That kind of environment made the whole experience even more unforgettable. This was a trip I truly never wanted to end, and a big reason for that was Tarteel. It was an experience that I couldn’t possibly put into words. I came back home and immediately started looking into their summer umrah packages because I would 100% go with them again.

We know that traveling for Umrah during a time of ongoing war and uncertainty in the Middle East was a major concern for many families, so it means a lot to hear that our updates, videos, communication, and support helped bring you and your family peace of mind. At Tarteel Travel, we always do our best to keep our travelers informed, reassured, and supported every step of the way.

One thing that is very important to us is making Umrah meaningful, not just convenient. That is why we try to teach our groups the history and significance of the masajid, mountains, and places we visit, so every part of the journey becomes deeper and more memorable.
Your kind words about our staff and group environment mean so much to us. We always want our groups to feel cared for, welcomed, and supported like family, and we are grateful that this was your experience.
Thank you again for your trust, your recommendation, and your sincere words. We ask Allah to accept your Umrah, bless you abundantly, and allow us to serve you again on another Umrah trip in the future, in sha Allah.

Tarteel travel was a 1000/10 experience. You get way more than what you sign up for. It was my first solo trip and i wasn’t sure what to expect but this trip was truly life changing and the tarteel travel team plays a huge role in that. Above all else they’ve shown the best hospitality and made each and every person feel seen and welcome, you truly do feel like family. The hotels were even better in person as well as the ziyaraat. They communicate everything very well with you from before you get there till even after you leave. They were so organized the entire trip was stress free i was able to turn off my brain and focus on my ibadah and enjoying my time in mecca and madinah. The entire staff is so kind and caring, they really get you out of your shell. I could go on for days talking about all the stories i have, the amazing people i met, the things we’ve done.
