Ordered the 8 piece mystery bundle - went off other users reviews, thinking it's a good brand, they'll send items that are neutral and good for everyone, considering they don't ask for colouring etc in your account details - two of the items were useful ie black mascara and eyeliner. Everything else was useless, so basically a waste of money - you'd think a cosmetics company would do better.

Tarte cosmetics has seriously gone down hill. Part of my order was missing and after numerous AI responses managed to eventually receive a part refund . I would think very carefully before ordering from this company .

What has happened to Tarte ?, never used to have problems ordering from their website to be shipped to UK. Twice now I haven't received items and had to request a refund , which was processed.
I have thousands of points which will now go to waste as I wont be ordering no more !
If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is appalling. My order never arrived so I was told if it hadn't arrived by the end of the next day I would get a refund. It didn't arrive so I contacted them to ask for the promised refund only to be told they couldn't refund me because their tracking said shipped. Not delivered, shipped!!
The product was not delivered to the buyer and you just ignoring that. Worst service ever, absolutely raсist company
