Very powerful stuff. I've been using this name brand for awhile now. Never any problems with shipping. One thing that does get to me is the lid on the 16oz bottles. They dont reseal. Other than that grade A product. This is what i do when taking it. By it being so strong, some might find it difficult to take.
I take a tablespoon of raw honey, place it in my mouth without swallowing, then take a tablespoon of black seed oil and swallow the honey and oil at the same time. This should get you trough it

I placed an order over two months ago and it has never been delivered. The tracking information has not been updated since last month, yet customer service is refusing to issue a refund or provide a clear explanation.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I received only vague responses and no real support. What makes this even more concerning is that, after reading other reviews, I see several customers reporting very similar experiences with undelivered orders and denied refunds.
Based on my experience, this is a company to avoid. The lack of accountability and customer protection is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable seller.

After more than 60 days, my order has still not been delivered. Tracking has been stuck for over 30 days with no indication of arrival, customs clearance, or pickup.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifts the blame to the courier and claims the package is “available for pickup,” despite the fact that tracking shows no such status. This is unacceptable. Until delivery is completed, the seller is responsible, not the customer.

After reviewing multiple online platforms, it is clear that this is not an isolated case, but a recurring pattern: undelivered orders, stalled tracking, and refunds denied by blaming shipping partners.

To other consumers: stay away. Based on my experience and broader online review analysis, this company does not provide adequate customer protection and avoids accountability when orders go missing

The most effective Black seed oil, the customer service top notch 🫡

It is a top notch oil but on the 16 oz glass bottle the lid will not stay on , if you forget to put your hand over the top when you shake it, you will have a mess, lid does not tighten down, so I called them and they sent 2 more lids which actually are worse than the one it came with,there are no threads on cap to tighten it down, don't think I will be buying the 16 oz bottle anymore unless something on cap changes.

The "by far" best Black Seed Oil ,without a doubt!! Strong,but the healthy feeling that comes with it after being on it even just for a week.Its amazing.Their seeds are Ethopean seeds.Ive not found another company using these.Normally they are from Egypt.I got lucky and am so grateful I happen to find Bionatal.
