I have been waiting for almost two months for the delivery of a set of floor mats for my MY Juniper.

I have had to contact them myself every time and receive vague promises that they do not keep.

Stay far away from this company.

I ordered seat covers for my Tesla Model Y, but was informed they were now out of stock and that I could purchase the same thing for $100 more. I then cancelled the order, but never got my money back. After a month, I got my credit card company involved. I would not order from them!

Ordered Juniper seat covers 7/21/2025. Waited a week longer than estimated delivery then contacted them. Was told there were production days and my order would ship soon. Got a FedEx tracking number that's still showing no progress. Taptes blames customs - not buying it. I've asked for a refund and have opened a dispute with PayPal. Avoid this company.

Trust me..- DON’T DO IT! You do not wanna buy from Taptes..- they use sub-par materials. And they’re not a US based company..- they’re in Hong Kong. I bought a center console for my Tesla model S and it basically disintegrated within 90 days! The handle to the storage fell off (it’s glued on). The material is NOT leather like in the photos! The material seperated from the sliding storage doors probably a week after delivery. The charging drawer broke apart… it didn’t charge upon delivery. It’s not USB-C..- it’s a micro USB! Had to send it back and wait an additional 30 days for it to come.. TRUST me.. find an alternative if you’re looking for a center console.

Fake/false promotion sucks you in.
I found something I wanted on their site. The first thing that happened was I got a banner pop up that promised "Buy $100 Save $15, Buy $200 Save $35. Up to 50% Off". If you subscribe to their site. I subscribed. Then they never honored their deal.
I wrote support to ask them about it and at first they claimed the knew nothing about the deal and asked where I had seen it. I sent them a screen capture showing that it was from their site. Then they claimed it was left over in my cache, which was a lie, I got the message the first time I ever went to their site. Same deal while using 3 different computers and different browsers. Then it was an old promotion that shouldn't have been there and was only seen by me by mistake. Ad was on their website, but they refused to honor it.
Lastly they said they'd try and see what they could do. Even telling them that I was going to make a $500 purchase they wouldn't even honor the $35 for spending $200 in the ad they served up.
I found this to be a very dishonest and difficult company to work with, doing business with false promises and shady tactics.

Extremely poor service and customer support. Products are of an inferior quality, not even produced by Taptes. Keep away from this page/store! You will find much better products on Amazon and/or Aliexpress. No matter how bad service you offer to your customers, it would be impossible to be worse than these guys.

Don't buy with Taptes! Pretty sure they tried to withdraw all my savings from my bank account after i bought an accessory for my Tesla. I bought some Tesla wing mirror covers which cost 150 dollars, they claim to fit with my model. When they arrived they DO NOT FIT! Also somebody tried to withdraw money from my bank account, I literally had the bank cancel the card I used when I bought off taptes. Its the bank who stopped them from withdrawing all my money so I'm very thankful to HSBC. This is basically a scam company from China so don't use them... unless you want all your money taken out a week later! And if you have accidentally used them, then cancel the bank card ASAP before they withdraw anything. Anyway the wing mirror covers are now in the bin, what a waste of 150 dollars LOL

Don’t buy from them. I bought full seat covers for my Tesla X. They don’t work with air bags. They don’t work with the seat cooling system. I asked about this before purchasing. Their answers were vague. In the time it took them to ship I did more and more research to get clear answers. The company has littered the internet with vague descriptions. I had to find ppl who actually bought them and installed them. I tried to cancel my order. Too late. I tried to return them. I get one excuse after another - no return because they are custom (no ma’am. They fit any 5 seat X refresh. Not exactly unicorns). No return because postage is high (that’s ok, they are useless to me now so some part of getting my $700 back is better than nothing). No return because the customer service agent has to pay out of her own pocket and I should take pity because she makes only $983 a year. (Are you kidding me???)

In the end they interfere with the safety and functioning of your car and you have zero chance of getting your money back.

Horrible customer service. Flat out lied about my shipment. Gave me a fake tracking number. Said my product shipped 6 days ago, when it did not. Still haven't gotten anything!

Hallo! Ich wollte meine Erfahrung mit Taptes mitteilen. Nach enttäuschendem Erfahrung mit Sitzen von Walser bin ich auf diese Webseite gekommen. Ich habe mich vorab erkundigt, Qualität der Ware, Lieferzeit, Rückgabe, etc. und habe riskiert. Die Firma wollte von mir schriftliche Bestätigung, dass ich für den Standardversand zwischen 2 und 3 Monaten abwarten muss und bin OK damit. Auch für die eventuelle Rückgabe muss ich ca. 30% selber bezahlen. Nachdem das geklärt wurde, habe ich Bestätigung bekommen, dass die Ware geschickt wurde. Finde ich fair, da der Hauptsitz der Firma in Hong Kong ist und bis Deutschland viele Kilometer sind  :-) Die Sitzbezüge kamen dann am 6.12.2023 (bestellt habe ich sie am 7.10.2023). Was mich gewundert hat, war die Qualität der Ware - soll angeblich der gleiche Stoff sein wie bei der Originalsitze von Tesla (Vegan-Leder?). Für die Montage braucht man auf jeden Fall Zeit, aber es lohnt sich und es ist alles genauso wie in dem Anleitungsvideo auf der Webseite (ganz anders als bei der Konkurrenz). Mal schauen jetzt, wie lange die Bezüge halten würden. Am Ende bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden und empfehle Taptes weiterhin!

They shipped an item from a return warehouse in the USA three months after I ordered it - the product was not a good fit on the car but when I wanted to return it, suddenly it has to be returned to Hong Kong . don't buy from these folk. Keep well away

This is a company full of lies.
I ordered: TAPTES® Custom Seat Covers for Tesla Model Y 2023-2020, 5 Seater Model Y Seat Covers.
They always have been delaying the delivery time, I placed an order on 5/28/2023, and it has been 45 days since the order, still have not received the item, they hire people to use email, take advantage of your trust, and waste your time.

I usually always go to trust pilot, and am frustrated that I did not do so before buying from this company. The presentation is so sophisticated and promising, but the hidden center console, which I bought, is faulty. The piece that serves as a cover to close the opening keeps falling out. The company site shows a "second generation" version that has a sliding door, but when I emailed to ask whether the new closure could fit the seemingly same insert, they asked me to send them the link to the product--on their own website! I sent it, and they replied that "The link you sent us is unable to find the goods." To top it off, in order to remove it, you apparently have to use a heat gun.

Bestilte Tesla Y All weather mats for 5 uger siden og har idag modtaget dem. De er virkelig god kvalitet, passer perfekt og lugter ikke.
Selvfølgelig er 5 ugers ventetid lang, men det ved man i forvejen, når man bestiller ved taptes. De sender produkterne fra Kina til deres lager i Europa og så bliver produkterne sendt videre derfra (derfor ingen problemer med told, moms osv). Men det tager tid…i vores tilfælde var påskeugen også inkluderet.
Jeg spurgte flere gange undervejs hvor måtterne blev af og fik altid indenfor 24 timer mail svar tilbage fra “Grace” med en update hvor langt måtterne var kommet. Så er det også lidt nemmere at vente…
Ville helt klart anbefale måtterne, især til kun 1500kr for en 6 dele sæt.

I wish I knew better. The site looks so legitimate. It’s actually located over seas. Nothing wrong with that, but the shipping and return of there are issues. Ship is more than a month. If it doesn’t fit, you have to pay so much just to return it. I still haven’t received mine, yet. I’m praying they will fit and look good. I paid so much money for these. Im just already upset bcs it’s taking forever.

After placing my order it took almost a month to get tracking nr and 3 weeks to arrive. Waiting time is too much

I ordered a set of mats for my new Tesla from them on 02/13. Three weeks after my order hasn't been shipped. Got in touch with thr customer support and was told that my order was shipped on 02/23 and I should be getting it on 03/03, which was a clear lie as I still didn't a tracking number for my order. Had to reach back out again today (02/03) and while talking today with the customer rep and his supervisor, they said the order still hasn't been shipped and they started blaming Amazon and warehouses for delays. Very unethical business, just stay away and take your business elsewhere. If you want your mats fast, you better get them from someone else but Taptes!

I am giving them 1 star because the center console does improve the car, however, for $500.00 I was expecting much better quality. The produce doesn't look anywhere near as nice as the video marketing. DO NOT WASTE your time buying the wireless charger feature for the extra $50.00 as it's worthless It completely destroys the use of the space under it, and its quality is pathetic. It leaves a big gap in the center of the console which makes it look unfinished and cheap. Wires that have to run under it make the storage space useless. I expected considerably better quality.

If I can say one thing about this company it’s fraud. Not only is “Grace” the worst help. She didn’t wanna give me my refund when asked. First I ordered my seat covers in august, then they don’t send any shipping info for over a month. I had to contact them for them to respond quickly with fake shipping dates. It says the shipping label was created but UPS never received the item. I instantly contacted my bank and got my money back when they said my seats were on a ship being brought. SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Similar story to others. I ordered the product and a week later was told that my location was remote and they would go halves on the increased shipping costs. I live in Toronto, the 4th largest city in N. America. When I informed them of this and confirmed my address, they came back and said, "the product is large and needs a bigger box which is more expensive to ship". I then told them that I assumed they ship this product every day/week and likely would know how much it costs by now. I said to ship it for the agreed-upon price or refund my order. 2 days later, I got a refund and no email response. I dodged a bullet. I can only imagine the product didn't live up to expectations also.
