Josh and Ty was great throughout the process of us securing the yellow Audi a3 having travelled over 250 miles to see this car it was worth it, they helped me and Ayesha in the best possible way and great company no stress or hassle they are honest and great to deal with thanks from both of us

Charlie was absolutely brilliant, we test drove a Defender 90 and he was informative and kind all the way through my purchase, and on my collection day he came in, on his day off and gave us all the paperwork, made coffee and made sure we understood how the car worked! He also recommended a place to have lunch, thank you so much for everything, kind regards Mike and Livvy.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Special shout out to Steve for helping us all the way. After our enquiry, Steve sent us a video of the car with him talking through the specs of the vehicle. When we called when the shop was closed, he immediately returned our call as soon as it opened. When we arrived to get the car, he made us feel welcome and answered all our questions and explained everything. Very happy customer indeed and we highly recommend this dealer.

From initial telephone enquiry, the showroom,to driving away in our new car,the level of professionalism was superb. My vehicle was transported overnight from Exeter to Plymouth without any trouble. I was looking for a particular car, and happened to notice that Tangelo, in Plymouth, had just had one come in. No photos or anything to go by, as I was so quick, so I phoned to ask a few questions (colour, mileage, service history etc) and made an appointment for a test drive the following day, which was a round trip of 150 miles. I was dealing with Steve Bunt, who is a very friendly and helpful "salesman". To be fair to the garage, they didn't really have much time to prep the car for my visit, but did the best that they could and it was clean and tidy for my test drive. The drive went well and I decided to buy the car and a deal was done. As the car was black, I particularly wanted black wheels and red calipers, and it was agreed that this would be done before I took delivery, which it was, to my complete satisfaction. It really did make a huge difference to the overall look of the car, and a fantastic job done by the workshop.
Due to my speed in wanting the car, there were a few snags after I picked it up, but Steve worked hard to resolve these and sort them out. My fault really for rushing to collect it. I am now a happy bunny and would happily recommend Steve and Tangelo.

Steve Bunt - I was after a particular car but he swayed me towards a car I never thought I’d afford! He managed to sort my payments out and Im paying £40 a month less than what I had initially anticipated!

I feel it’s important to share my experience so others know exactly who they are dealing with.

I understand car dealers already have a reputation for being difficult to trust, but this experience was on another level. We agreed to put down a £15,000 deposit on a Mercedes that was advertised with approximately 62,000 miles. Luckily, due to extra security checks required by the finance company before signing, I discovered something very concerning: the dealer had only declared £12,000 as the deposit to the finance company without my consent. On top of that, the actual mileage was 67,000 miles — not what we were told.

Despite this, my partner still travelled all the way from London to Plymouth to collect the car, only to find that several details did not match the original description. Even worse, £3,000 of our money had been allocated to additional extras that we never agreed to. I personally had to contact the provider myself to cancel something I didn’t even know existed.

Luckily I refused to proceed with them and did not get the car.

Please be extremely careful if you consider dealing with this company. Check every detail and do not assume anything has been processed as agreed.
