Tanga.com Recensioni

Bought a voucher for 2 dozen roses. When I tried to use it, it didnt work! I emailed customer service and they immediately sent me a new voucher code that worked! Thanks customer service for being fast and fixing the problem! Kept me OUT of the DOGHOUSE on Valentines Day!!

I made my first purchase with Tanga and they did not disappoint! I received my purchase fairly quickly! Their customer service is outstanding too! Will definitely be shopping here again soon

I ordered a ring, when I received it it was different than the one I ordered and it was way too big. I re-ordered another ring that was my size and they refunded me the first ring so I was pleasantly surprised.

So easy to order. Didn’t take long to get my package.

It’s hard to give a review on how you did when only 50% of the order came in ( which still came in late!) still waiting on the other half of order, which while checking on tracking has been rescheduled 3 times on delivery date. In stead of taking this as a review, can you tell me where my order is!?

Customer service, Darienne, was amazing. Helped all along the way!

Tanga has become one of if not my favorite website for everything shopping. Aside from their merchandise which ranges from house furniture, toys, clothes, shoes, fragrances, electronics and everything under the sun their costumer service is unparalleled not to mention the SAVINGS. The friendliest and most efficient team. I have recommended Tanga to family and friends as well as social media following. Enjoy and.... you're welcome ;-)

It worked but we're under 30, 60 and 90 days My fear is that it will resort back to being unlicensed after a period of time but if that happens I'll revise my review. Other than that it wasn't too bad but for someone who's not it savvy I think they would have a hard time installing the software and understanding what had to be done to make it work Time will tell

Buyer beware. Do not use this business. They have horrible customer service and are not fair in their dealings.
Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You sent my earrings to the wrong address! So I don't have them to review ¡

First time using...and last time! Save yourself the aggravation and order from a reputable company. I ordered a product, (an Anker power bank), and they shipped me a completely different model than the one I ordered. (It was bigger, clunkier, and less state of the art, but it looked like the one I ordered). I could have bought this one at Walmart for less money and it was not what I ordered and paid for. I wonder if they always try to slip in a cheaper model if you don't notice? Anyway, the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1, is because they, (Darienne), did respond quick to my complaint and addressed it. After I sent them pictures, they sent me a label, expected me to re box it, drive it to the shipper, and wait a week for my refund. I decided to just keep, use it as a home backup, take the loss, and NEVER use the shady company Tanga again! Mark F.

1st time using this company. There is always that little bit of uncertainty, but I got an excellent product, exactly what I was looking for at a great price. It was shipped right away and I got it quickly (actually delivered before the expected date). Well packaged and received. I would definitely order again from them.

Best price I could find for this software. Received my email and activation code for the software within a few hours. Very satisfied!

Box came damaged but it works fine. I'm just awaiting hotter days to try it out. It good as a fan. Yried to lower the temp but I think it will work better once I do a little research.

I deal with this company A LOT! I deal with them a lot because they are AWESOME! They are just fantastic! They have the best items at the best prices; and if there's ever a problem with any of the items they are ready and waiting to help. I've been dealing with them for a long time and every time I've had a "problem" they always step up to help out in any way they can, and they always do it so nicely! They are really a fantastic company! I can't say enough good things about them and I can't say any bad things about them!!!!!! Thank you, Tanga!

I have been ordering from Tanga for several years. Couldn’t be happier with their products, prices and most importantly their customer support. One of their customer support representatives, Darienne, helped me sort out a problem with a reward I misplaced. The reward was credited back to my account and used on my latest order. They may be a small company but their customer service is big on communication and resolving problems. I highly recommend purchasing from Tanga. You also can’t beat their prices!!!

Very satisfied with my first Tanga order. The item I purchased arrived via FedEx in only a couple of days in perfect condition. I am planning on purchasing additional items.

I have purchased numerous items from Tanga and have been happy with my purchases. Easy to place my orders and like the prices.

I ordered Office 2024 digital version. I repeatedly tried to download the software but kept getting error codes. Contacting Customer Service they just kept sending the download instructions… which also did not work. I requested a refund but was told refunds are not available on digital products. Their Customer Service is nonexistent. Totally dissatisfied with Tanga and will NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!
