Couldn't get it to work after multiple tries

My experience with Tanga was great. No issues at all. Order received quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Perfect quality of the merchandise. I will order again.

Of the 4 things I ordered:
1- was correct but I did not want it. They refunded, no issues.
2- item arrived so fast but the description did not match. Returned and refunded
3- item as described but did not work. Return is proving to be a pain.
4- is another electronic that is still pending to arrive. Taking long to get here. I hope it works!

I have ordered several things from Tanga. I never have to worry about if something goes wrong because they are prompt to respond and make everything right. I will definitely order from their site again. They to a great job. Keep up the good work. In today’s world they still have customer service.

I noticed that the price of an item had lowered since I purchased it the day before. I emailed customer service to see if a price adjustment was possible. They were able to help me out and refund me the difference quickly, which I really appreciated.

I received a product that was missing components, tanga did a great job of getting me the missing component. Will definitely order from here again.

Quick resolution! Item arrived smashed and broken, refund was issued after a few questions in one email.

I had a problem with a non returnable item. It was a voucher for flowers. I tried to redeem the voucher but the price kept coming up incorrect. The tanga customer service team gave me the correct link to the voucher and i received the correct price. Excellent customer service

Bought a voucher for 2 dozen roses. When I tried to use it, it didnt work! I emailed customer service and they immediately sent me a new voucher code that worked! Thanks customer service for being fast and fixing the problem! Kept me OUT of the DOGHOUSE on Valentines Day!!
