Value pricing, quality product, no hassle shipping

I have ordered from Tanga many times. The last time I ordered, there was a missing piece. I contacted Tanga and they offered a solution that worked for me. Darienne was the customer service agent that helped me and her customer service skills were TOP NOTCH. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently with no hassle at all. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future

Awful trying to get coustmer service. Sent my things to wrong place and can not get help. Had to go to PayPal to get refund. I am over using Tanga gave them a chance to make things right and never happened.

They were not round they were teardrop.

products are good, delivery is fairly prompt, but they rip you off by automatically including a charge for "insurance"! ebay, Amazon, all the others give you the option of adding it- Tanga makes you remember to DELETE it. As I wrote, a rip-off!

Don’t like the feel of the shirts at all ordered return stickers but unfortunately after I tried on one shirt Mr wife who didn’t realize I was going to return the shirts hung up all 3 in my closet now u don’t know if I can return them shirt material is awful feels itchy Joe Catania

The vacuum works fine but it was definitely used prior to my purchase. There was still dirt in the dirt cup. If it was refurbished it should have at least been cleaned thoroughly before selling to someone else.

Received my order early the next day. Thank you for the speedy delivery & I have no issues to report. Thanks again.

I ordered some software from them. A few days went by and no movement. Contacted support and was told if I did not receive the package after 10 days I could start the refund process. 10 days? The ordered said it would be here within a week. So now at the 10 day mark no package.
Update, the package arrived and seems to be legit and works. I still stand ny my review. 10 days to mail a CD?

Tanga offers a great variety of items at bargain prices. consumer ratings appear to be real as they correspond to the items that i have purchased. deliveries are prompt. my items have never been damaged. and i patronize frequently.

Order delivered swiftly. A problem arises but what solved to the satisfaction of both sides. Prompt communication, follow up, honesty, great service, are present all along.

I ordered 4 pillowcases from Tanga and when only 2 arrived I contacted their customer service department. They were absolutely great, apologized for the error and immediately sent the missing pillowcases which arrived several days after the communication. Terrific customer service from a great online retailer.

BUYER BEWARE!!! NOT BBB ACCREDITED
I bought a Greenworks battery operated power washer from Tanga in January. I live in Northern Illinois so had no reason to open and inspect the box (I bought it specifically to power wash the house.) I got around to opening it mid May and all looked good. UNTIL I went to hook it up to my hose. The connector was completely broken off leaving nowhere to connect the hose. THE WASHER IS USELESS. I emailed customer service (at one point with a supervisor) who refused to refund my money (a little over $70) or replace the item. (It was past the return policy.)Not even the offer for a credit. On their website, Tanga claims to inspect items to be sure they are in working order. Either this is COMPLETELY FALSE or someone on there end needs a new job.
I have tried to figure out how to email the CEO (Andrew Young according to the BBB website) but so far no luck.

Inexpensive, great quality

A negative went to a positive.
I ordered an item, a when it showed up, it was not as expected. The Tanga team responded very quickly, and made the situation right.
