Design of the lower pockets are a tripping/falling hazard for the elderly. Foot easily gets trapped in the inside flat of the lower pocket when you unthinkingly shoot your leg into the pant. You can lose your balance easily and fall.

The product was exactly as described. Download and installation were seamless. Incredible pricing!

Item arrived without all accessories. Was missing the flexible hose for the vacuum and the parts bag had been ripped open and was missing screws to secure the hose storage clamps to the device. I looked up the cost and availability of a replacement hose for the unit. They offered a 20 pct refund for my trouble which should have covered the cost of getting a replacement hose. But no. Even thought I bought 2 different hoses for the specific model vacuum NEITHER fit properly. I suspect this version of this Ryobi vacuum is either very old or not typically sold in the U.S. All in all not the seamless purchase experience I would have hoped for. Likely not participating again.

Tanga sells pretty nice things but not always the lowest priced.
I just recently starting using my reward points after not using for a long time. My account says I have 13100 points, but checkout will not let me use the points that are due to expire within one month. I have emailed twice asking for explanation and received no explanation as of yet. So I did not purchase items I tried to use points on at checkout. I actually went to a different seller and received new batteries (18V) cheaper than Tanga's pre owned batteries. Tana's lack of explanation and/or points policies cost them a sale.

Meh. I love Hydro Flask. I already owned three different ones before I purchased this one. I like the ones without the straw best because it keeps my water ice cold for like 3 days. With this particular one, I think the straw allows air to escape so the ice melts faster. It's kind of a bummer. But apparently not so much of a bummer that it keeps me from buying yet another. How could I pass up such a great deal?!? Tanga is awesome for that!🥳

Order placed late 7/31, product shipped within 3 business days and arrived 8/7. Decent turnaround. Product arrived in its original box, bagged and labeled but no protection otherwise.

Product works as advertised but has a couple small divots in the wood finish and the glue holding on the non-slip felt bottom is dissolving. The felt is half-peeled off and will need more adhesive. The "New - Open Box" on the product page is a generous descriptor. Be wary.

Make sure you read everything about the product you're buying. They have listings that say they're the same brand/product as the one on Amazon, but aren't a 1:1 once you scrutinize the product descriptions. I would not trust this company with an order over $40, but if you're trying to avoid Amazon, maybe roll the dice. How much money you're willing to risk is up to you.

The order that was clearly ordered from Tanga does not show up under my purchase history, therefor I cannot put in a return request. I know it came from Tanga as I received this request to rate my experience. I have had this happen prior on a treadmill that I had ordered.

I should have paid more attention to the fabric content. with 94% cotton the shorts are bound to wrinkle. The fit is very good as the stretch fabric makes them comfortable. Service is very good!

I ordered the titanium cutting board and have not received it. If I don't get it soon, I request a refund.

Psylocke is in hasbro's newer "black widow " style body, and she's got a pair of more realistic thicker legs. I bought the 2-pack just for that! As for Thanos, nothing too amazing and nothing too disappointing, I just treat him as big accessory that came with Psylocke.
One thing to be aware of, psylocke's torso skin color is different than her arms and legs. Not too much but definitely noticeable.

Much smaller than expected.

tanga sold a refurbished cordless vacuum. It arrived without a charging cord or wall mount (charging port is in wall mount), so it couldn't be used. They charged me for shipping (this was their mistake they should've paid for shipping)

Bought a Ryobi leaf blower package which was supposed to come with the blower, charging station and battery pack. The box arrived but I was out of town and couldn’t open it until a month later and there was no battery in the sealed original box. I immediately contacted Tanga and requested the battery be provided and sent separately. I was told it was past the date for returns. I responded that I wasn’t requesting a return authorization, just wanted all the parts that were supposed to be in the box and now useless tool unless I spent another $30 for a battery. No response whatsoever, DON’T BUY Anything from Tanga!!!!!!
