This company claims to NOT have an office or email addresses. So they HIDE behind their website forms, and refuse to rectify false accusations made.
This company harms reputations by mislabeling sites as "Adult" when they are not... and when calling them they ask if you have a retainer or $ with them insinuating that we need to be a paid customer. And they tell us they cannot remove the label, although we have 0% adult content. DO NOT TRUST CISCO TALOSINTELLIGENCE.COM it's not a reputable company if it's even a company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Talos Intelligence is not a good source for information. Our company had a client get phished for his email password. Hes a old guy and not computer savvy. We were informed of this as his account started sending spam. We mitigated this immediately. Changed his password and cleaned up the mail queue. So we go to Talos intelligence to try to get the rating of poor moved to neutral. Since we actually respond to these kinds of things and have been in business far longer than Talos intelligence. Talos, closes the ticket saying its been resolved with no action taken. So why bother even have people respond? Every web/mail host has older customers who get phished from time to time. Yes we inform them, yes we try to teach them, but it happens. This is why we respond so quickly when people complain. No one wants spam. we spend a lot of money on spam protection and do not allow it on our systems. People should not use reputation services. We are on zero blacklists because we respond to complaints. Outlook.com servers on 10+ blacklists are listed as "Good" on Talos. Reputation has turned into a joke since if you are big enough you can just the spam all over and still be rated as "Good" By Talos intelligence. Senderbase actually responded on their support. Talos, is just a disappointment, when they really could make a difference.
We've been in contact with Cisco Talos Intelligence Group for more than a week to solve a problem on their side and we provided all the technical information. At first we got generic answers and now it looks like that technical support is nonexistent. Is this really supposed to be Cisco?

This site has software that lists lots of false positives. Talos Intelligence lists legit sites as bad and lists scam sites as trustworthy. If you contact them they won't fix it. As an example: myway.com a know pup site is listed as favorable. also 2-spyware.com a know distributor of rogue security software is listed as favorable.
