Talkdesk is such a great software to provide the best customer service experience by getting different communication channels so the custmers can choose the easiest option for them, voice or text.
Besides you can categorize every request in order to build the best reports to better understands customer needs and after that you will have the option to automate some of your processes.
Definitely a great tool.

Great app for a big Sales Team

We love to use Talkdesk because we can call all our makets without any problems. For the market managers of our companies it is really useful to track performance of the agents or to use it as a training tool for new agents.

User-friendly and easy to use

We needed a phone system which allowed our distributed team to take business calls on mobile numbers and not expose their personal phones. Talkdesk has empowered this use case

Manual calls are now the thing of the past…

Manual calls are now the thing of the past for my team now. We can simply hit a link for the customer and talkdesk does the rest. It provides a new age alternative to the contact center world!  

I love the fact Talkdesk provided a free trial period that allowed my team and myself to see how useful it could be to our organization. The bar was set so high with Talkdesk that we felt it was in our best interest to keep using it long term.

You cant beat the ability to easily connect with my customers via phone with a simple click of the button. I also love that it is compatible with Salesforce.  

I also love the reporting features. This allows me to listen to the calls of my representatives and it provides me with a report on our KPI's. This is a great product! - Kenley B.

Easy of Convenience

Easy of Convenience

The best part for me is that I was doing not only live and recorded call reviews, but also reporting based off of daily call volumes. Talkdesk is definitely one of the easiest platforms in delivering real-time data.

Talkdesk is very easy to use, it is uder-friendly!

Talkdesk is very easy to use. It is user friendly and I get to do more QA task because the interface is not complicated. Recordings are clear and all interactions are indeed recorded. I hope all companies use Talkdesk especially those who have QA monitoring in their KPIs.

Excellent

Excellent, though there are problems sometimes like one-way audio I believe it does not from the app, its from hardware. But when we talked about the usability of the platform that's excellent.

Talkdesk with Salesforce

I'm using Talkdesk with the Salesforce connector.
Talkdesk callbar it's not working properly sometimes. When I click on the phone of a contact in Salesforce, it does not prompt the call in Talkdesk. I need to insert manually the phone number in Talkdesk callbar.

The mobile app of Talkdesk is not really realiable. It often goes offline, changing the status in "Offline", and declining incoming calls.

I'm disappointed that, when I'm receiving a call form a unkown number in Talkdesk callbar, and I save that number under a specic name, this contact doesn't transfer into Salesforce, but it just remain in the callbar library.

Talkdesk is always so reliable. During this COVID-19 mess, talkdesk is running just as smoothly as possible.
Just dependable and reliable.
It's always having the caller ID also!

Implementing Talkdesk has proved to be a huge win

Implementing Talkdesk into our customer service channels has proved to be a huge win for our company. We're able to stay connected with those who matter most without fail—for the most part. Sometimes I am not able to pull up past conversations, but aside from that, Talkdesk continues to provide us with improvements to aid us in better communication with our customers.
