Good evening,
I placed an order on August 31st, 2025 for the black Talishko Dual-Strap Stealth Runner boots. I had been out of town and just retrieved my package. I just opened it and discovered that the boots I received, look NOTHING like the ones you all displayed on your website! I have attached pictures to the email that was sent to you all, of what you claim to sell versus what I was actually sent. I am requesting a refund of my $80.06, thank you.

You were refunded in full. What arrived was not the pair shown on the product page, and finding that out after a trip away made it worse than it needed to be. Orders like this came out of listings that outlived their stock, which is the thing we have since put right. None of it was yours to chase, so if the money is not on your statement, help@talishko.com will pull the record.

The parcel went out and came back to us as undeliverable, because the address on the order could not be completed. We wrote to you at the time and did not get a reply, so nothing moved after that. Give us a corrected address at help@talishko.com and we will send it out again, or refund you if you would rather be done with it.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Impossible to return an item. They don’t answer their email. They don’t provide assistance. If you mail an item to the address stated on their website for returns, it comes back “insufficient address.” If you order from them (we never will again) you’d better hope you like it, because they do not honor their stated return policy.
