Throughout the six month planning stage Tracey was brilliant! Catering for all the tweaks and changes requested and making great recommendations for hotels and activities. The result was a 3 week holiday of a lifetime to Canada. It took all the stress out of managing the many hotel, train and flight bookings and it all went to plan. Saved me so much time trying to do I it all myself.

This was our second year of using Take The Family Ltd to assist us with our family holiday plans. I contacted Prue T with quite a comprehensive list of requirements! Never to be phased I left the brief with Prue who searched the world for me! She came back with many options, but none of them were quite sitting right, all perfectly good options, but I think you know when you know! After another global search Prue came back to me with the idea of an Adult Only resort in Turkey. We were travelling with our two boys (16 &18), the adult only option was for 16 and over! Once glance and I knew after some tenacious searching Prue had, once again found us an amazing holiday experience to enjoy. Thanks Prue .. Fantastic customer service from Prue who was very knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explore our ideas and requirements and suggesting various options for us to consider. Super helpful, listened to what we wanted and found the perfect holiday for us. Kids said it was their best holiday ever. Although the price of the holiday was the same as if we’d booked direct, Take the Family dealt with all the admin which made the process of finding and booking a holiday so much easier.

It was central, clean with friendly staff - quiet and away from the noise.... but easy for us to get everywhere. She organised our flights and made every simple.
