When I called Take The Family, I was at the end of my tether with internet searches for a summer holiday for my family of 4 with 2 teens. Penny listened to my very vague requirements and within a day had recommended 3 destinations - they weren't quite right for us but the fourth option was the one we chose. We had a fantastic 2-week break in Kalkan in Turkey and the hotel and resort were just as she had described. Thanks, Penny for your help.

From start to finish, this was the easiest most stress free holiday we have ever been on! We told Kelly what we wanted, we told her our budget and within 24 hours we had options to choose from! The holiday it's self was amazing and ticked all our boxes :-) Thank you Kelly for organising exactly the holiday my family and I really needed!

Booking a special celebration holiday and the first holiday as a family of four (a toddler and a 4 yr old) we had a list of must haves. Our fantastic travel agent Tracey went above and beyond to plan and book us an unforgettable trip to Morocco with two destinations; mountain and city. The accommodation was unlike anything we have experienced, faultless customer service. Transfers and flights were all sorted for us just as the travel ban for the country was lifting meaning Tracey managed to save us a lot of money by keeping ahead of the airlines.
We will 100% be using Take The Family for our next trip. Fully recommended.

Take the family worked very hard to find exactly the type of skiing holiday that our large family with boys aged from 13 to 2 years wanted. He exceeded our expectations and went the extra mile. I would recommend then.

Great customer service, totally understood our requirements for our holiday. We were provided with a number of choices for airports and hotel options. Nothing was to much trouble when holiday had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. Would recommend Take the family and use them for future holidays.

Andy as always was super quick to find us some options and the one we chose was reasonable and exactly what we were looking for. He was very kind and patient, answering all my millions of questions and putting my mind at ease about covid documents etc. He shows a genuine care and interest-when we arrived, checking everything was ok and again when we got home! I have already asked him to organise our next trip!

Kelly arranged my trip to Nepal to climb Everest Base Camp. She was very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to make the experience a good one. Easily contactable and a great service throughout. Would definitely use company again.

What an amazing experience....I’ve never had such a personal service before when it comes to having help finding a holiday. I would just like to say how easy and helpful it was to book with take the family.we dealt with Kelly for both our trips one to Iceland the other New York and she did everything for us, from hotel to flights and helping organise our tips would deftly recommend.
