My experience as a Tailors Mark client since 10 years have been for the most part very postive.

I really love it Tailors Mark as you can design your shirt exactly in your style having a unique product.

Great quality, and if there are any issues, Tailor's Mark was always happy to help.
Small note: The discount vouchers that you buy expire, so make sure you use them on time! I would change this policy and keep the vouchers active as long as possible.

My first order -->gone missing, my second hasnt arrived yet, actually i´m beginning to doubt that Tailors Mark is a serious one.

So here is what happend in the beginning von february i ordered 2 shirts, just to see if theyre good and if they fit better than non-customized shirts. After 5 or 6 weeks i contacted the service because my shirts havent arrived yet. I had to write several times and when they responded they wasnt able to tell me where my order was. After several more mails they said that my order went missing, and if i would like to have a voucher for free for all my troubles. So the service offered me, me a voucher for free and said "you get your stuff asap".
At this time i just thought "cool, until now i went through a lot of trouble, but hey give that guys another shot".
Now 5 weeks have passt and i really dont know if there is any progress or if its just fraud. Neither my first order, which should be reproduced nore my new order with the voucher for free havent arrived. Not even a shipping confirmation or sth else... so i am really sad right now and just can tell you guys at this moment that i would recommend to order anything there.
Hopefully my order will arrive... but as i said... i really doubt that by now...

The Tailors Mark user experience is a joy, due to its streamline, yet detailed interface. I love the vast customisation options that ensure any product you purchase will be unique for you.

I have also found customer services pleasant and accommodating - they really do guarantee satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the way your shirt fits, they will happily work to improve the accuracy of your measurements and replace the shirt.

Wait times can seem long, but considering the shirts are put together from scratch and shipped from the other side of the world, I can live with it!

I really like this service overall. Shirts are quality products and the measurements are quite accurate!

There are a few reasons why my rating is not full five stars:
1) I didn't find the patterns I was hoping for, even in the higher price range.
2) The user interface in browsing the shirts is quite terrible. Only a small portion of the screen is dedicated to displaying the shirt patterns and there is no indication of how many models there are in a certain view (user doesn't know how much scrolling is left). The controls and dials could also be a bit smoother.
3) The delivery could be a bit quicker.

Otherwise, good experience overall. Keep up the development!

Of all the MTM shirt services I've tried, Tailors Mark is my favourite one. Besides offering a wide array of fabrics in different tiers, they also have sales and offers on a routinely basis. Their service is impeccable, and they take customer feedback very seriously.

Never had any issues with deliveries and service has been good when needed extra help. Can recommend!

Measurements are easy to do following the instructions, quality is great even on the cheapest options and customer support was excellent. I tried to match dome details with color, and received wrongly done shirt. After contacting, they sent me a voucher for new shirt, so everything went really well.

I've been using tailors Mark in 4 years periode, and I've always been more than happy everytime I received my orders.
The quality and the color options are outstanding.
I lost once my shirts and after beeing in touch with them, they sended new shirts. That what I call the best customer service.

Good quality, surprisingly fast delivery and fine craftmanship. The only downside is that the button holes are super tight.

I found Tailors Mark a few years ago quite randomly and have been a fan since. Service is great and though its not been needed that often, when ever I have a question or problem the customer service is first class. This is one of the few websites I recommend friends to time and time again.

Over the last 4 years I have had several shirts made by Tailorsmark. I wanted to be able to have a shirt that fitted how I liked it which I just couldn't get from off the shelve clothes shops. So I decided to Google and see what I could find for tailoring. I soon came across Tailorsmark website which I found so easy to use and understand. I started with a classic white shirt and added all the different touches I liked. There are options for collar types, material colours and types, different cuts to the cuffs and personalised embroidery options to your shirt. There are many more touches that would take a while to go through. The website shows you how to measure your body for the perfect shirt and shows you a table of your measurements and then the measurements they will make that part of the shirt. You can alter these if you want a tighter or looser fit. You can then save the measurements for another order. I have different colours now with some different touches for different acasions. They also now cater for ladies and do suits, blazers and other various attire. Highly recommended. I could go on and on.

Beautiful shirts of very good quality and an excellent range of fabrics. Not cheap, but lots of deals on once you take the initial plunge.

Lovely fabrics with a huge amount of choices to customise shirts for a unique look and fit. Being able to save multiple profiles of measurements is also really useful and there is good advice on obtaining accurate measurements.

Good quality fabrics tailored to fit just me. Forget about the High Street
