Great product
Great product - perfect if you are slightly odd shape and need to tailoring at reasonable costs. Shirts now fit perfectly every time! Recommend highly.

Great products but using the website can be a little frustrating at times especially on a mobile device. Most recently the zoom function has been tricky.

First time I tried tailorsmark I received the shirt within 4 weeks. Now I'm waiting for my 2nd shipment.

Being someone who can't buy off the shelf shirts, Tailors Mark has been my saviour in stocking my wardrobe with affordable bespoke shirts. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone! Just ordered another 3, which with their great offers has saved me a packet!

All around great. I've tried a few sites like this and this one is best. The quality of the tailoring is very good - no threads poking out or buttons coming off. I had one snag once and customer service sorted it instantly. I'm back for another three shirts. Would absolutely recommend.

Bestilte 2 skjorter, som nu på 4. måned ikke er dukket op. Jeg blev tilbudt tilbagebetaling af det fulde beløb, men indtil videre har de kun ville dække forsendelsesomkostningerne.... Hold jer langt væk.

From time to time there can be end postage delays that are outside of our control. Prior to you leaving this Trust Pilot review, Tailors Mark had already refunded your shipping charges and as a gesture of goodwill gifted you a voucher for a free shirt, which you have already redeemed. Assessing the situation overall, particularly the way in which we have looked after you with a shipping refund as well as a free shirt by way of an apology for your delayed order, we find your negative review to be an unfair representation of your experience with Tailors Mark. We our extremely proud of our customer service and stand by the way in which we looked after you.

I've had amazing experiences with Tailors Mark.
Apart from a small mishap, I've had excellent experiences with tailors mark. And when the small mishap happened, they showed to be genuinely decent and offered a full refund, based on the issues.
Every piece of fabric I have received have been of amazing quality so far, and I am definitely going to continue to use their service whenever I am in need of a gorgeous suit or a perfectly fitted shirt.
Until now, I have only had amazing experiences with Tailors Mark.
I would happily recommend (and have done so) Tailors Mark to both friends, family and business associates alike.

Some problems but eventually rectified
An amendment to my previous review:
Tailors Mark have accepted their customer service has been below par on this occasion and now have made every effort to rectify the situation.
Overall I’m happy with the outcome and have changed my score accordingly.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide a review. The Tailors Mark Customer Service Team have been in contact with you about your current order status and we are pleased to report that the issue is to be resolved very shortly, as your order is going to be Express Shipped to you.
We have been doing everything we possibly can to expedite the delivery or your order. Our standard lead time for delivery is 3-4 weeks. As per the terms on our website, this can occasionally extend to to 4-6 weeks during peak times in production or end postage delays etc. We are now at the 6 week mark from the time that your order was placed.
As a repeat Tailors Mark customer, we are sure that you will agree that delays of this nature are not common. Due to a series of rare mishaps, it has taken slightly longer than usual to get your order through production and shipped to you.
