Budapest and Prague were great but I think you really need more than a full day to explore what Vienna has to offer. One of the hotels was nowhere near the standard of the others and information and photos have been provided to TMR. It was definitely worth adding on a couple of extra nights in Berlin.
The whole trip was very well organised. I loved the pack of tickets and hotel vouchers neatly arranged one for each day of travel. It made it so easy to keep on top of what was needed and when. The hotels were well chosen, either close to train stations or in the thick of the city attractions. The hotel in Budapest was particularly great, almost opposite St Stephen's Basilica. Overall I was very happy with the whole experience.
