All travel and accommodation was arranged by TMR, with plenty of scope for discussion and amendment. All went perfectly and the communication before and during our trip (around Norway) was excellent. We would use TMR again and would certainly recommend them.
Great personal service.
Excellent holiday and very well organised
Choices of location & hotel excellent. Travel made very simple just follow the itinerary.
Brilliant service. Very professional staff. Trains booked perfect. Hotels better than expected. Would use again
Simply brilliant
Thoughtful planning Great hotels Exciting recommendations
A great holiday with Zac who was a great escort. My only criticism would be a lack of information before the trip. As a first time customer I was worried that my friend and I would have to navigate strange cities to find our hotel from and back to the stations not realising that Zac would show us. I wasn’t informed that my train ticket from home to London was first class or that it included the return journey as the interrail pass seemed to allow far fewer journeys than I was taking. This ticket certainly is not easy to complete with the threat that completing it wrongly would invalidate journeys, needing Zac to show us what to do.
Good customer service
Well planned and organised rail trio.
Very well organised, excellent advice and good choice of hotels
It was a complicated itineracy which they sorted out well, even booking seats on a backup train in case we missed a tight connection
A truly exceptional experience- first class customer service, great value for money and a holiday that met the brief exactly. If you are looking for a really good travel agent, look no further than Tailor Made Rail - they really could not have been any better And a special thanks to Clara who organised it all - thank you so much
Took all the hassle of booking myself and worked out cheaper than I could do with better seats and accommodation. Obvious winner!
Great hotels- good quality, good locations. It might help to offer 1st class travel on some trains.
We've now enjoyed four superb holidays with Tailor Made Rail, and thoroughly recommend them.
For me, the product that Tailor Made Rail sells is their knowledge of what's available regarding rail lines and hotels and outings; and then working out what you as the customer want. In my case, that worked very well. We had a few discussions, and then an itinerary was made. They sent us the paperwork so we had a hard copy. All the details went smoothly. Thanks for a great trip.
Excellent organisation made our rail journey round Switzerland pleasurable and relaxing
Very well planned. Travel worked like clockwork, hotels were great. Superb sights and experiences
Pleased that the company were flexible in meeting our wishes which helped to make a great holiday. Good to know that they were there to help if experienced any difficulties. All hotels of good standard.
