Myself and partner had our Tag Heurer Watches serviced by Tag Time. Communication was excellent from Marc and Alexis including identifying some extra work that needed doing. Timing was given as 5 weeks and was spot on. Watches returned like new. Very satisfied with the service and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or recommending them.

Great service from the Tag Time team Alexis & Mark, they we're very helpful & made sure my Tag Heuer watch was repaired & serviced & sent back in excellent condition. Even when my watch was rejected for a repair by Wos, the tag time team came through...I would definitely recommend Tag Time.

What an amazing company to deal with, sent my Tag Heuer F1 Chronograph for a maintenance service and the guys at Tag Time did an amazing job, looks brand new. From sending the watch off to getting an email to advise it had arrived safely and kept updated on the work. First Class service and would recommend to anyone thinking of sending their watch for repair to use Tag Time, I’ll definitely be using again in the future 👍🏻

I highly recommend this company. I dropped my watch off in person after communicating with Alexis. She quoted me a price and a timescale, both of which were adhered to.
Postal returns are included in the price but I picked my watch up in person (no issue arranging this.)
I’m glad I chose this company to bring life back to my 18 year old Tag Heuer Aquaracer (new clasp, service/battery, clean, pressure test and reseal) it looks as good as new and I’m assured I’ll get much longer out of my battery now!

Excellent service from Tag Time - sent my 17-year old Aquaracer 300 in for a battery replacement, reseal and clean and it came back 7 days later looking like new!
Communication was clear throughout and the payment process simply done by bank transfer.

Very similar experience to others , was a little concerned initially when considering to send by 20yrs old Carrera for service/repair but based on Trustpilot reviews I went ahead and never looked back.

Same as Mr McQuaid - started on Google - had reservations - went to Trustpilot - felt more comfortable. My Tag is 30+yrs old and about to be passed down to my grandson. However, it has returned looking like new after a full wash and brush up, so have decided to keep it a while longer. Great communication, great work and great result - thank you Alexis.

Found these guys through Google and was a little wary of sending my watch. Checked the reviews and decided to have the work carried out.

From start to finish the communication was amazing, constant updates of receipt, fix and prompt shipping.

I took my wife's Tag watch to the jewellers to get the battery replaced, they told me it needs to be sent away to get this done, and it was an 8 - 10 week turnaround, which I thought was a bit much, the girl in the jewellers gave me a couple of names of independent Repairers to try, so I contacted Tag Time, and I'm glad I did, the watch was sent off on the Wednesday and the battery was replaced, watch resealed and pressure tested to ensure still water proofed, and ultrasonic cleaned, all this and returned by the following Thursday, what an absolutely superb service, I will be definitely be using again.

I sent my Tiger woods limited edition link for repairs,refurb and service.Just got it back,it looks fantastic like brand new again.You might think it is expensive but if you want first class job doing I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service answered all my questions before sending my Tag Carrera automatic for a full service, once sent I was contacted to say they had received it and then it only took 7 working days to complete the work before getting it safely delivered back to me the day after !! All I have to say is I will definitely be using them again for my next service !! Anyone thinking of using Mark, Alexis and there team to sort there watch out I would say go for it 100% there a proper professionals and are true to there word, thanks Tag Time ✊🏻

I have not replaced the battery in my TAG F1 for over 4 years, mainly due to the cost. Eventually decided to bite the bullet and found TAG Time providing a reasonably priced replacement. I decided to take the Maintenance Service and the experience was tip-top. Great comm's with the watch being returned within a week looking great as well as the new battery. The guarantee period for the battery is a very good 2 years.
