The service what they done is detailed and I was very happy with the results.

I recently sent my precious Omega Seamaster off for a full refurbishment and polishing and the result was truly exceptional. This is a vintage watch and it now looks brand new; the way in which the brushed parts were done in contrast to the polished areas looks incredible and it was done to the exact factory specification.

I was at first slightly nervous sending my watch away for four weeks, but the customer service was great and I could always expect a response via e-mailing within a number of hours.

I put my tag watch in for a service and bracelet refurbishment, i wanted to change the brushed finish to a shiny mirror like finish. The negatives using watch repair uk was the time it took and communication . I was originally told 4-5 weeks as the refurbisher wasn’t available. Week 5 id heard nothing so emailed for an update and was told my job takes 6-8 weeks! Week 8 id heard nothing again so again chased it up. Was told it was due to be finished by the end of the week. End of week 9 heard nothing so asked again what was going on. When they had tested my watch there was a problem with the crown so they were waiting for a part then it would be sorted. The positives were they fixed the crown at no extra cost, and my watch has come back looking amazing! I’ve put it in a sink of water to make sure nothing obvious is wrong and it all looks good! Also i had a water mark in the glass and was told i would need it replacing. Money wise i decided i would do this another time but my watch has came back and the mark has gone!

Had my Tag Monaco strap replaced and it’s had a clean as well. Looks superb now. Great service from the guys

Sent my 11 year old tag calibre 5 automatic off for service and refurb as it has had nothing done with it.
Just got it back after 6-8 weeks but communication was excellent
I was a bit sceptical but the watch looks like I have just bought it. I am amazed at the work. Also returned the old seals

Let me elaborate if it helps anyone still deciding.
For the past couple of years I’ve been undecided about getting my 10yr old TAG serviced. The £600 service fee by TAG and the 8wk+ wait was most definitely a contributing factor.
So, I finally decided to do some research and came across Watch Repair UK. I read all the amazing reviews. Saw they were a TAG authorised repair shop (Along with many other high end watch brands) and I thought I’d bite the bullet and go for it.

Bloody hell - I couldn’t be happier with the decision.

AND - half the price and half the time compared to sending it to TAG directly.

My watch was collected with insured postage and fast tracked.
It was returned (again insured) and delivered back to me ONE day after they completed the service. The box it was returned in came with a little bag of the old parts and pieces they replaced, so I could see what was done.

My watch looks amazing and is next to new!

I don’t know how many more complimentary words I can write for these guys.

I assume they are a small professional outfit and I am more than happy to support them as you should if you are in need of a service/repair.

Just had my old faithful Tag watch repaired by Watch Repair UK and I’m more than happy with the results. Great to get my watch back working again, full service and repair and even repaired a small snag with my strap. Good communication throughout. Would definitely recommend .

This company contacted me very quickly after I sent them an email requesting information about their services. They sent a price list and asked about my watch I decided on what needed doing they confirmed they could do this again very quick. They arranged for my watch to be picked up by Royal Mail and messaged to say they received it. After they examined the watch told me what was wrong and gave a price they repaired my watch that now looks like new and I am very happy with it. I would highly recommend them.

Had my 2005 omega seamaster serviced and they included a replacement of my worn bezel spring as part of the service. What’s more, when I got it back, they’d given a light refurb to the bracelet and case at no additional charge! VERY impressed. You’re nervous sending it, but the service is excellent.

I was a little nervous about not going through a highstreet retailer for my watch service (TAG aquaracer) but the price from Watch Repair was so much more competitive. The communication throughout was excellent and I felt reassured along the way. There was also no hard sell for additional services and all price components were clear before any work was completed. After finding this company online and having a live chat about the issues with my watch I was happy to send it to them for the repairs needed. The collection service was first rate and added to me trusting that my watch would be safe. Was update as to the progress of the repair and they were happy to answer my emails when I had questions.
