Fantastic service
Fantastic service with clear communication through every step of the process. I had full service, refurb and glass replacement on my TAG Carrera. It has come back as good as new. Cannot recommend Tagtime highly enough.

I was a little nervous about sending an expensive watch away to an 'unknown' company, but encouraged by the online reviews and the very professional response to my initial enquiry, I decided to go ahead.
The quality of the service overall has been exemplary. They gave me a clear understanding of what was required, a variety of options if I so chose, with no pressure to buy whatsoever and regular communication on progress.
Based on my experience have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending TAG Time and to reinforce that, I have just sent a second watch to them for attention.

Trusted Tag Time to service and repair my 26 year old professional 2000 and a problem with the date not disappointed.
The watch was returned looking like new,never heard of Tag Time done a google search and was impressed with the reviews.
My experience as been a positive one and have no hesitation in recommending Tag Time.

Top service. When I last got my watched services by Tag it took 12 weeks and £350. TAG Time returned the watch in a week, £117 including postage. Watch like new, battery replaced, pressure tested. Don’t hesitate.

I am so thrilled with the repair Tag Time has just done on my vintage Tag Heuer. I wanted to give my old watch to my daughter for her 18th birthday but it was not working, had some water ingress and a damaged dial. This repair was very time dependent and some of the parts were impossibly hard to source in the UK but Alexis and Mark at Tag Time went the extra mile to make this happen. I have to say their customer focus is second to none and their communication is brilliant. Needless to say my watch is here for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow and looks amazing - slightly regretting giving it away!!! Thank you so much, Tag Time.

Outstanding - very highly recommended.
I chose TAG Time after seeing it recommended on a number of forums.
I received a superb service from initial contact and estimate to final delivery of my serviced watch.
I submitted my TAG Heuer 2000 automatic chronograph, which is approaching 30 years of age, for a full service and investigation of date wheel and crown problems.
I was kept fully advised of the work as it progressed, and the team were more than happy to answer any questions as the service progressed, even answering over a Bank Holiday weekend.
My watch was returned in outstanding condition, clean (but not fully restored, at my request), and with certificates for both accuracy and waterproof integrity.
A big thanks from me to Alexis and Mark, truly outstanding customer service and their work is very highly recommended indeed.

They communicated regularly, did exactly what they promised, returned my watch even quicker than I expected, and sent it back to me looking like a brand new watch (I have had it for 9 years, for clarity!).

Absolute first rate service from…
Absolute first rate service from beginning through to end. Having approached both Tag Heuer and a high street jewelers, the turnaround time and costs quoted seemed excessive, to say the least. Sent an enquiry to TagTime who responded within a couple of hours and less than a week later I have my watch safely returned with a new battery, all pressure tested and cleaned at a very reasonable cost. Will be letting friends and family know. Thank you, TagTime 👍🏻
