The company is completely unserious. They ignore me on social media and don't respond to emails. Zero customer service, no way to delete an account. They advertise themselves as free, but only after registration and a few days later do you discover you have to pay a hefty fee to even use the service. It's a complete scam, don't ever use it.

Scam! On the part that there is no way to cancel your subscription, and even after an email to them to tell them I didn't want to renew, they took money from my bank! I still have no idea how to stop this.

Your website is stupid, dumb, and shouldn't exist!!! I can't delete my account and I didn't know it was actually a paid service!!! I thought it was a "free" service with normal subscriptions, but to keep your account, you had to pay a subscription (which, mind you, is 110$/YEAR) instead! Otherwise, you lose all your links! I was about to a link on here, but I knew I should skip when I saw the premium after I signed in. However, I couldn't find "Delete Account" anywhere! Hope your website goes completely bankrupt!

Absolute scam. They deactivate your links after a week and force yo to pay. Other services are free.

Are you kidding me? This crap little software company essentially promotes "free" shortened URLs with options to upgrade to "enhanced" services; however, after five days, they sent an email saying that if you don't upgrade (for $60 a year!), they'll delete the shortened URLs and redirects. Deceptive advertising is no way to run a sustainable business. Don't choose this business. (If you don't believe me, just read all the other recent reviews about this crap organization.)

Bad service they delete my links. why you give free service then delete the links and call to pay?

t.ly are some cheeky grifters. You sign up to manage your links, then they inform you a couple days later that they are going to delete your link unless you pay them.
Most companies who engage in this type of extortionary business model try to hide it better, but t.ly makes no such effort. They know no that no reasonable individual and very few businesses would pay for a link shortener upfront when free alternatives are a dime a dozen.
Lessons were learned - laughs were had. Be wiser than the rest of us and avoid this company on principle.

Yes we were also surprised to find ads between the links we made with the API in the free version. But nothing really comes without a cost so we opt for a subscription.

We used the hobby plan with great satisfaction for our research projects, and the interactions with customer support were prompt and positive.

Didn't make it obvious it's paid, seem to have good features but after I printed the QR codes on a big board now it doesn't work. Dishonest and misleading.

Do not touch this with a ten foot pole.
Unless you pay, your links will stop working, and that's the end.

Amazing project work for you guys

I got a shortener from t.ly, only to find out the link would expire if I didn't pay a monthly fee. Now the link is dead and I have to recreate a time-consuming and complicated Google Maps route.

This link shortening site, supposedly founded by a few teenagers using WordPress, has been a complete disaster. I deeply regret making a monthly payment because the site crashes 15-20 times an hour, constantly giving a "Gateway time-out" error. The worst part is their customer service response; they have the audacity to say, "that's not our problem, the hosting company's servers are crashing." This is absolute nonsense!

I have over 30 active links I use for social media advertisements, and thanks to these incompetent teenagers, I am literally throwing money away. I am now moving my links and will never use this service again. I would rather pay $3,5 more for Bitly, which is far more professional and reliable. Avoid doing business with these amateurs at all costs

Update:I tried other link shortening sites but I couldn't get the performance as t.ly, they all have many shortcomings, it is possible to direct links according to countries, browsers and operating systems in t.ly, as if all the features of all link shortening platforms are gathered in one platform, it is definitely a marvel of engineering, I have been using it for more than a year as a paid service and I am very happy with it. I discovered that my previous crashing complaint was due to an automatic refresh add-on in my browser, so the site works perfectly. Very good price and excellent service, it couldn't be better!

They 'forgot' to mention that they're a paid service. After 3 days or so they suddenly emailed that I needed to pay a montlhy fee, otherwise they wouldn't redirect my links anymore. I only readed their email one business day later and by then they allready had removed all redirections, and I lost dozens of saved links that were VERY important to me. I'm not even sure if I will be able to find them back all again.

Worst service ever, I wouldn't recomerend them to anyone. These are the kind of scam companies that you hope to get bankrupt soon.

Completely hides that it is a pay for service. At least the email 3 days later saying if you don't subscribe to a monthly fee of $10-$4000!! You will lose everything. Well I'd rather redo and repay for everything I put it on then ever pay this scam of a company.

it tells me that I won't even show my old links. I had not registered this connection anywhere else, hoping that I would be able to see my old connection, and in the end, it was a very bad service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Falsely claim on their site that the link is free but in a couple of days got a warning that the link expires unless I pay. Bait and switch SCAM. Use another service if you want a simple and FREE link shortener.

Nowhere does it mention that you'll have to pay for your links until after a few days when you get an email saying your links expire in 24 hours unless you start paying them $120/year!!

Absolute time wasters!

I used the shortened links in my resume. A few days later and without warning, I got hit with a notification that my "free trial" is over and I need to pay a monthly subscription to maintain my links. Truly despicable.
