I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Flowchat. I paid for a full year’s subscription upfront, but within two months, I discovered the platform is essentially unusable for its primary purpose.
After hiring two separate specialists to help me implement the tool—one of whom was a former Flowchat employee—I was informed that using this platform on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn triggers 'red flags' that risk account suspension. This is a critical flaw for a tool marketed for social media prospecting.
When I reached out to explain that the product cannot safely perform the service promised and requested a partial refund for the remaining 10 months, I was told they have a strict no-refund policy. Despite only using the service for two months and facing legitimate technical risks to my social media accounts, the company refused to offer any resolution or compromise. 
Save your money and look for a more reliable, safer alternative with better customer support. They are happy to take your annual payment but offer zero accountability when their product fails to work safely.

I like the overall solution Flowchat provides. The ability to search and ultimately connect with a target audience through social media. Unfortunately for me, after spending days filtering though almost a thousand potential, they system has only identified 3 for me to qualify. the time I have spent squeezing hasn't been worth the juice it's given.

hopefully by posting on here Flowchat will actually reply. I have messaged them, ask on their Facebook page and their chat box. I ws simply blocked on Facebook. No replies. My question is, I have cancelled FlowChat, but it still keeps popping up, adding itself to my social media. How to I get rid of it?

Blowing away my expectations!

I've been with FlowChat for a few months now and from all the little customer service experiences, questions I've sent in, and 1:1 guidance I've received from them have completely exceeded all possible expectations I could have had. The customer experience that the team behind FlowChat has built is what all businesses should strive for.

From the top down, the company and product and leadership, is impeccable. From Sean, Chris, Jacob, Martin, and team, they're all amazing.

This is a Secret Weapon for my business. Love the software and the crew behind it is even better!

I really enjoyed this software but I definitely feel it's overpriced.

I committed to a year paid annually but have found alternatives that do similar things cheaper hence didn't renew in January when my subscription was up.

Sean and Chris are not only elite marketers, but outstanding trainers as well. Some people sell a system, these guys not only help you master the system, but will hold you accountable every week to make sure you're putting in the work. If you have a product or service and you want to take your business to the next level, I strongly recommend Flowchat!

FlowChat is not it! Save yourself the headache..
The support is terrible and there are so many pay walls behind the monthly subscription that it is hard derive real value from the platform.
