Awesome from start to finish.
Great communication from Richard. Grey install from Matt and the team. I had a lot of work along side the EV install and Nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommend.

We used Synergy EV to install an electric charging point at our place of work. They were very competitive on price but extremely knowledgeable. The app and fob to use in conjunction with the charging unit are brilliant and we have piece of mind knowing they are only a phone call away should we have any queries.

Great service from the team from initial enquiry all the way through to the install. Install date was arranged and the install team turned up promptly on the day and called beforehand to say they were on their way. They completed the job in just over an hour, left it neat and very happy with my Easee One EV charger.

They were quick to install, less than 2 weeks, and very informative. Nothing was to much hassle and the installer himself did what ever he could to make the install a success. Thanks to all at Synergy X

We are very happy with Synergy from the initial contact through to the fitting of the electric wall charging unit. They were prompt in arranging the date for fitting and were competitively priced compared to other companys. There was a problem with the chip not working which Jo pointed out at the time and he quickly arranged a replacement to be fitted in a couple of days. We are currently awaiting our plug in hybrid car but have every confidence the wall unit will work well.

Richard, Luke and the team have been absolutely brilliant from the first conversations, through to installations. They literally know everything I asked them and made great suggestions and advice when choosing the charger.

Arrived on time as per booking and was very efficient on the installation. Awaiting on the White cover as it was out of stock but was promised it will be sent to me when arriving in stock.

A really comfortable experience date and time agreed. Phone call on day to say 25 minutes away. Fitting was clean, neat and tidy. Everything was fully explained on charger and app. I would recommend this company for a no fuss easy supply and installation.

Fully checked out the job before starting and clearly explained what would happen.
Really tidy install and left the area as they found it.

Matt and Russell were really friendly but very professional at all times.

Was referred to them by the Easee site and quote seemed to be about right. Installers went to the wrong address but seemed competent once they arrived - not being an electrician it is hard to properly comment.

Very good website. Requested survey link which was received promptly. Survey was easy to complete and the quote arrived quickly. Really good communication regarding install date and requirements. Only downside was that due to supply issues, installation was delayed.
Guys arrived on time and discussed what they needed to do to complete the installation. Discussed and explained options with us. They were helpful, cheerful and efficient - a great double act! They remained in good humour despite the job taking longer than anticipated. Double checked everything in working order including the App and cleaned up after themselves. A pleasure to do business with.

From start to finish a first class service. Easy to generate a quote on the app taking photos of the meter, circuit board etc and a phone call from the office within 24 hours confirmed the price. A date was agreed for installation and Richard and Luke arrived as planned and within very short order, despite the weather, had neatly connected up the charger, demonstrated how it worked, cleaned up and left me to admire their handy work. The whole experience was a pleasure from the highly efficient ladies in the office to the superb installation. Highly recommended.

Full marks. They were helpful in choosing a charger, available to install it quickly, competitively priced, and did a nice job with the install. Would highly recommend them.
