This dental clinic is brilliant I've been very frightened of going to dentist and had panic attacks wifh previous experience i got in touch with synergy dental clinic Bolton and when I got there the reception staff are very welcoming . I seen Dr . Matthew Bernard he explained everything very professional friendly made me at ease and dental nurse ive still got treatment to have and im not worried at all like I use to be my experience with them is very high and excellent and I would recommend this denist wouldn't go anywhere else now I thank staff, dentist, dental nurse for making me feel so at ease and cant wait to get all my treatment finished .

First time client felt very welcomed. Everything was explained clearly and the experience went beyond expectations. Excellent timely manner and friendly staff who eased my anxieties. Thank you.

My name is Marcus Sparcus....Marcus Wayne Sparcus, and I have been dealing with over 30 Dental Implant Clinics since 2023.

I am the MASTER of procrastination, and OCD with names, times, dates and places. It has literally taken me 3 years to make my decision as to which Clinic I am going to do my full lower and upper jaw implants.

Well after speaking with Sean, who is without a doubt Synergy's BEST Agent by far. I have made a decision in my heart and mind to go with them to do my much needed cosmetics on my drug induced rotten teeth, back from all the crystal meth I was taking for over 6 years and 5 Rehabs later.

The POINT ISm.....and the BOTTOM LINE....IS IF NOT FOR SEAN, I would still be procrastinating. The receptionist was lovely helped my out straight away and I had the same dentist for a couple of years now really enjoy going to him . I’ve got no complaints. I visited the Blackpool practice.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. Put my mind at ease before having treatment. Spoke to me about wha would happen during the treatment and about after care.

I popped in for what I assumed would be some remedial work to a filling I'd had previously that i thought was still an issue, only for Mustapha to discover the root of the problem (pun intended) was an altogether different tooth that I'd previously been told would need to come out.
I was given the choice of A/B's or immediate extraction, so went for the extraction, since the pain was getting progressively worse.
I must say Mustapha's chair side manner is brilliant; very calm,& reassuring despite my tooth breaking and my need for additional pain relief. If I indicated I was in any pain or uncomfortable he stopped straight away and we resolved the issue.
It sounds like an oxymoron to say you had a great visit to the dentist, but the aftermath of yesterday's visit was that this morning's coffee wasn't followed by excruciating pain, a priceless outcome for £25. The best money I've spent in a long while.

I have recently finished my treatment at Haslingden branch. I am a very nervous patient and was treated with kindness and great care, especially by Dr Shammi and the lovely Connor on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for them, everything was well explained too. Thank you so much ☺️

The dentist and his team were great because they were happy to explain what was going to happen as the procedure progressed . The procedure went smoothly and I was given aftercare information. I would not hesitate to go again, or to recommend them to others. The desk team were also helpful

I do not reccomned this dentist, they have given me an invisalign and left all holes in my teeth where they have filed the gaps to big meaning when i smile in between each tooth you can see a huge gap. now i am left in agony with my teeth and will need to sort this at another dentist after pay £2000+

The receptionist are extremely polite and very friendly which makes a good experience for patients. They are very understanding of patients and treat everyone with respect. The dentist himself is such a lovely man. Very polite and whilst having an injection in my mouth so as to remove a tooth that was loose he kept asking if I was ok and if I was in any pain whilst removing the tooth . The dental practice is such a nice,friendly place and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Excellent service from both reception and dentist.

Nurses and receptionist were so lovely towards me and very knowledgeable from answering my questions, dentist was so clear and advised me on what I needed to know, now recommending this practice to my friends as I couldn’t of had a better experience.

I asked about the process of teeth whitening with Bilal and went with the Prestige kit. I asked what if you need more. And he said you can get as much as you need. Then after a year or so. You can buy top ups.

I used the three syringes in a couple of weeks. Not skimping as I was assured I could get more.
After speaking with reception - they were rude and said it doesn’t work like that. Despite my partner getting the same only a month prior!

I was then promised two lots of whitening gels would be available to collect. After driving 40 mins to get them, they werent available. A single substitute was given.
As a family that has spent £1000’s with Synergy. It feels like no one cares once you leave!

Had a great experience with Isra and Rakesh after some not so great experiences around fillings in the last couple of years. Both very pleasant and patient and made me feel at ease

Went for an emergency root canal today. The dentist was fantastic. He made a terrifying experience manageable and put me at ease. He was friendly and spent time explaining everything to me. Very impressed.
