Where do I start? IV had a phobia of dentists for 45 years. Lots of loose teeth. Went to synergy. Had consultant with Dr ujala. Very evasive treatment to have. Her wording makes you just wonder why you have a phobia?. Please if you have a dentist fear Dr ujala and the beautifully nurse bella made this procedure for me !!!. Soooo happy!!!!! And can I just add we had a group hug I'm soo happy. Please if you are mega nervous this is the place to go ... They changed my life xx

Synergy Dental clinic is one of the best in the business and Dr Raza Khan is at the top of the list fur treatment he is very good at making you at ease when he starts treatment and when your treatment is done you not only feel good but you look 100 times better coming out than you did going in I can not praise him enough as my treatment was some if the best I had seen, after it was like I was having my picture day at high school my teath looked as good as that thank you Dr Raza

Dr Ali in Preston sounded good & gave me a good price. He was not happy with the seatings in my implants & said he would contact his laboratory to re-evaluate my them! They were the not as good as the ones he had sent to them & were not going to be able to live for as long as the ones he had maesured for, nor I had paid for!!

I originally gave a 5* review (not sure if it was on Trust pilot). Both me and my mum went in for a similar procedure (tooth removal). My treatment was fine, however they could not remove my mums tooth. They told me that she needed a general anaesthetic and would arrange an emergency referral which would be "up to 28 days (probably less). After 3 weeks waiting I chased up the referral and it was almost impossible to track as her referral had been via the emergency out of hours service. After dozens of calls Synergy said to me that she'd been discharged as she refused treatment and they would not have advised about a 28 day wait and they had not made an emergency referral. They bare face lied to me.

Excellent dentist. Made to feel calm, no hidden costs and explained everything fully.

Twice been refered for emergency dental work and twice by both dentists received swift and skilled work for each tooth.

The dentist talked me through first what. Was going to happen. Had a broken wisdom tooth removed. And it only took five minutes. Has I was referred here form my usual dentist has they couldn't remove it. You had better equipment and explained things more thoroughly and even got a after care sheet. And water to swill my mouth out don't even get that at my usual dentist it's all rushed and next patient please.

Synergy Dental clinics first sent me a reminder that my appointment was due. The Synergy has a friendly staff, including the dentist Dr Shazia who took care of me.. She is amazing, ordered the crown for my teeth, based on my case, rebooked me to have it fitted . During the crown fitting, Dr Shazia and her helper were compassionate as I was in pain and that made me feel valued.At the end of my appointment, the dentist educated me on how to take good care of my teeth which I am grateful for. Thank you for taking care of me!❤️

Had dentures moulded. Cost nearly £1K.Dentures misplaced by this dental practice and have had no resolve with practice requesting a refund for over one year, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the practice manager.

I had composite bonding on my teeth by the male dentist here and had to return 7 times after my tooth kept getting chipped. As soon as the warranty ran out he started talking about how I should get a retainer or get alternative treatment. He never once mentioned anything under warranty only when it expired.
I’ve had to go back and chose an alternate dentist at the practice but I am still having the same problem.
Each time I have been I have been courteous and nice with all the staff there so after my bad experience I got in touch with head office to complain about the service…
I was told “ Alternatively, if you are concerned about the possibility of the issue recurring, we can arrange a refund for the cost of the tooth, allowing you to pursue treatment with another non-synergy provider, should you wish.”
The work wasn’t completed and I am not happy with their service so I intend to go elsewhere.
Please be aware of this if you choose this dental practice. Be prepared for the dentist ‘Dr Ubayda Alshanti’ to constantly try to get you to purchase the most expensive options at each stage too.
I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere as you’ll be guaranteed to be back here on several occasions.

Amazing service from Synergy. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Went in for a tooth extraction and was extremely nervous but everyone helped to put me at ease and was in and out quickly.

Attended for an extraction under sedation - I am an extremely anxious patient and the extraction had potential to be complex. I have never had sedation before and this added to my fears. I was in safe hands with Ganesh and his team. Special thanks go to Chrissie (I hope I have remembered the name correctly) for holding my hand and all her reassurance. I remember very little about the procedure but I do recall it being pain free. Early days of my recovery but I still remain pain free and feeling very grateful for being looked after by a great team.

I phoned up and had a consulting of 30quid he listened to me as I was on benefits and didn't have much money and said if I travel from Cornwall to Birmingham he would give me a free check up on my teeth to see what treatment I needed first before they began. So im getting a hygiene clean then im going to have some work done was very helpful and understanding of what I needed.

Amazing staff so helpful and caring

Ive had an amazing experience with the birmingham surgery. Ive had constant contact from Aisha from the sales team, both pre and post treatment. My dentist,Mr Khan, explained the procedure in great depth and i didnt feel pressured into going ahead with the treatment. I had a single implant and had shopped around before deciding on using Synergy. The reception staff are also very lovely and welcoming. Top marks all round :)

Awful experience, and most definately wouldn't return or recommend here , trying to charge me for an appointment one week after it after not being told about the full Costs when I asked beforehand, have been to trying to resolver for weeks with them and they don't get back to me or reply to emails , were not transparent in the coats at all and really unhelpful in trying to resolve , also found the premises to be run down and not as clean as it should be , very poor
