I have ordered from them 4 times now; every interaction has went way above and beyond my expectations. Quality products, responsive customer support, and just good vibes overall. I have never had to wait more than a business week for any of my orders to be shipped, even when I built a Kartifcat from the ground up.

I have been a Switchkraft customer for a while now. I am extremely impressed with how the company has evolved. Yes, in the beginning there was a bit of wait time to get your order, this is a small business and I ALWAYS received my orders BEFORE the timeline stipulated when I purchased the item. As the business has grown the company has invested in its production capacity, Swithkraft products no longer have wait times.

As production has increased the quality of Switchkraft products continue to be of the highest quality. I have seemingly tried every fidget tool out there. Most are flimsy and break easily. Swithcraft products are durable and long-lasting! Using my Switchkraftt has helped me channel my nervous energy and has done wonders for my productivity. As someone who is neurodiverse I can't recommend these tools enough. If you struggle with nervous energy or struggle to conform to typical working environments I encourage you to check out Switchkraft. There are a number of affordable options to help you improve your focus and productivity.

One final note. The shipping services that Swithkraft uses are outstanding! The last time I ordered a Switchkraft product was on Monday, August 17, 2026 it was in my hands on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 (Order #12313 if you want to check it out on the website). All of my communications with Switchkraft employees has been outstanding. Would give them more stars if it was possible.

awesome products. love mine already, going to get a lot of use out of it. the printing is neat, no major errors or overly sharp edges like some 3D printed products have. my lighters fit inside without issue. everything was exactly as advertized and even arrived a little earlier in the day than it was scheduled to. probably going to buy more from this company in the future.

Amazing experience here. Bought the swidget and was notified about a potential wait for build time (absolutely fine for a build to order custom item) but it was built and shipped within a couple days and at my door about 8 days from when I ordered. Came exactly as advertised plus they were even cool enough to make sure to include the accessory I requested despite it being a "random" draw. Love the product itself and am already planing my next purchase.

10 out of 10 experience, very great communication and a very good salesman, not only that, it came with all the accessories I asked for, and I'm having a fun time trying to learn how to switch some mods on and off it for customizations and for vibes, it is an amazing product that is worth the wait if you are patient.

Never received.

I ordered just before Christmas. Received a few emails of good communication saying the wait time was now longer than expected (was initially 5-10 days, increased to upwards of 6-8 weeks). I waited for 6 months for my build to be completed and shipped, but it never arrived. It took 2 weeks for them to respond to my communications despite trying on all suggested platforms. I had some basic responses that seemed to start the process of fixing my missing order but have now been ignored for a month.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I want to talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly with this company. I removed one star for the bad/ugly.

The good: So I’m going to do the company a solid and give them four stars because I love the product and I have actually ordered more. The kartifacts are great. The customizable options are awesome and the result is a fun, flashy fidget that turns heads and quickly becomes your own. I have spent several hundred dollars on 7 of these toys. I’ve purchased 5 different V1s with many interchangeable accessories and recently placed an order for the pro and skate version of the toys that just dropped. They are definitely a new obsession with me and other members of the household. The company is legitimate and they do make/deliver the advertised products. It is not a scam. They are reputable.

The bad: You will likely wait months to receive the items. The one week lead time advertised on the website is misleading. My first order was placed in February and did not arrive until this month. My second order was placed in April and just recently shipped. The ‘order status’ widget on the website I don’t think actually works. My shipped orders will still show as in the queue and future orders might not even say they are valid order numbers. I think it’s legitimately a tool to cut down on the number of questions they receive on order status, but not an actual tool that gives you any real information. Take it with a grain of salt and just be patient.

The ugly: I have not personally dealt with any negative or rude responses from them, however, their responsiveness become spotty when they made an honest mistake and didn’t bundle my orders together after saying they would. They had been very responsive until that point, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just chalked it up to them being overwhelmed with a small team. I have read stories about them canceling orders when customers complain or approach them with any negative snarky/snide commentary. This is of course their prerogative, however, I can see why people are frustrated when they are constantly dropping new ads and taking new orders while they have an enormous backlog that they have not yet fulfilled. I think they should be a little more upfront on wait times so people know what they are getting into. Their business practices can be seen as unprofessional by some due to these interactions and what can seem like bait and switch ordering/fulfillment issues.

TL;DR: The company is legitimate and the products are great. Would order from them again. You will wait weeks or even months to receive your items, but you will get them eventually. Patience is key. Know going into it that you will not get your order quickly. Do not approach them with any sort of hostility/impatience because they will likely cancel your order.

I ordered April 19th, 2026. Said 2-4 week shipping estimate. I love fidgets and have purchased MANY pins from small business' in the past, so I get how pre-orders and order queues work, so no big deal. In the email, there was a link where you could enter your order number to get a "rough idea of where your are in the queue". I'd check it. It'd just say, "In Queue". May 31st, 2026, AT THE 6 WEEK MARK. Two weeks past when I "should have" gotten a shipping email. I simply email them asking them if they could tell me "where" in the queue I was. They respond with the SAME LINK to search with my order number. I respond again saying, "It's been past the 4 weeks. Can I get an update please?" They ignore me. I comment on their TikTok (Which they are ACTIVELY posting on.), just asking for some communication. They delete it. I comment again pretty much saying, "Wow, y'all deleted my comment." and they deleted THAT one too. I emailed saying to cancel and that I didn't want their stupid cheap toys anyways. RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY with canceling my order. Like, I just wanted some communication. I'm fine with waiting. But all I got was being ignored when I just wanted some answers, when they have my money. I'm pretty sure this is a SCAM. DON'T BUY!

0 stars. Owner is extremely rude and says hurtful things if you make ANY comment on build time. Do not fall for the advertisements. I respect that small batch orders take time but the customer service is abhorrent. Called me a whiner and proceeded to cancel my order AND block me on everything he could because I said something about him neglecting actual order queues in exchange for taking everyone’s money even when he cannot provide the actual product. The approximate ship date will be pushed out AT least an extra month of the initial date they give you. I am starting to wonder if this is just a scam.

Placed the order, was meant to ship soon and then was cancelled without me requesting it to be cancelled. Then go refunded but not the same amount I paid, so lost out on a great gift for my son & MONEY! Will not recommend using them at all!

You’ve got to hand it to them: Switchkraft presented a compelling campaign on Instagram. I was originally quoted a two-week fulfillment time. Two weeks have passed, and to my surprise, the order has been pushed to May. I’ve contacted them several times, but they haven’t responded.

My son placed an order with a gift card recieved for Christmas. Same experience as others have described. Advertises up to 7 days for an order. Weeks went by without tracking. Being an excited young person, reached out for an estimated time frame. Was told 9 weeks! Then came emails of an updated order tracking system. Everyday the new system gave a different time frame of 2 weeks to 9 more additional weeks. When we reached out to clarify....a rude, presumptuous response of the order being canceled was recieved. All the while the "company" continues to promote all over social media taking new orders without fulfilling previous orders. SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT ORDER.

Pretty much the same experience everyone else has had. They promised 2 weeks, cried about not having enough workers and that it would be a month.... Now it's almost 2 months and I'm getting no response. This company is a complete hoax!!

Ordered on 12/27 for son's birthday on 1/26. The website said orders ship in 5-7 days. But then 2 weeks later, I got an email that they are "just a two person team" and orders are now backed up 6-8 weeks. I've sent two emails and a Facebook message for an update - NO REPLY whatsoever. They continue to run paid ads on Facebook to promote themselves, and their website doesn't warn anyone that they are very badly backed up. But they continue to take orders???

UPDATE: contacted them via Instagram and got a quick reply. They looked into my ignored emails, and they had gone into spam. So they were responsive... but my son's item is still expected to ship by... early April. Ordered late December.

Placed an order over a month ago with no updates. Reached out to customer service just to get some clarification on when I might receive the order. They said their lead time was approximately 2 weeks and I reminded them that it had been almost a month for mine. Instead of giving me any information, they just cancelled my order. I explicitly asked them not to cancel in the emails we exchanged. I just wanted an idea on when I might receive the toy which had been meant as a Xmas gift. Total scam.
