The customer service and our main point of contact, for many years, has been extremely helpful and supportive in obtaining the best deals that are around. Can't fault the service
Can't fault the service provided by Daniel Wiseman - it isn't easy for small businesses to navigate obtaining the best deals for utilities at the moment, but Daniel went out of his way to ensure that we got the best deal that we possibly could. We are personally recommending him to other bed and breakfast owners that we know.

We needed support when taking over new unit for business. Daniel Wiseman was absolutely fantastic and managed to get all sorted within 14 days saving us alot of tie money and making the process simple.

New business electricity contract negotiated successfully
Business electricity contract due to come to an end with current supplier end Sept 2023, so I was not looking forward to the usual round of broker double-speak and pressure selling to get my business. But, hey! actually the guy I spoke to (Dan) at Energisave was really helpful and answered my questions (about whole-of-market comparison; commission; no hidden "extras", etc) clearly and I also got the best price on the market for my next contract.

We had a call in January 2023 bullying…
We had a call in January 2023 bullying us to take out a renewal, even though our contract does not run out until October 2023. They assure us this is the best deal and inform us that the prices will keep rising. Since then prices have dropped massively and they refuse to cancel the contract.
Absolutely disgusted, they don't care about customers except their commission.
The latest deal is a massive 65% cheaper, but they refuse to cancel.

Untrustworthy company
Absolutely untrustworthy company, I was convinced by member of their team that the contract I am entering is the best in the market and I should take it which I did in October 2022, they tied me to a 3 years contract and the prices has dropped significantly they are giving me the cold shoulder, the only thing they care about to get you in contract and have the commission for as long as length of your contract. DO NOT TRUST THEM
