All hotel locations were very good. Bus or tram stop was just 1 min walk from our all hotel locations (Vienna, Munich, Grindelwald, Luzerne and Zurich) so was easy to commute in the city and to the international airport.

Swiss yours was very helpful and guided us true Evrey process from making booking until the end.

We recently travelled to Europe for a 4 weeks family vacation. We covered 7 cities in 5 different countries. Roxanne did all our hotels/apartments bookings and most of the tours in most of the cities. She also did all our intercity transport tickets by trains or buses. Because of her arrangements, everything was smooth & seamless for us since we landed in Europe till we left. She also planned our days meticulously and recommended different options for us from which we could choose. Everything we did & everywhere we visited was a great experience. She has amazing knowledge of Europe and it's as if she had a detailed street map of all these cities on back of her hand. On a few occasions I texted her from any random place in any city & she used to tell me how we could reach where we wanted to go. She did a thoroughly professional job of planning this trip for us. I'll definitely approach her whenever I plan a trip to Europe again. Thanks a lot again Roxanne for everything you did for us.

Terrible experience, before purchasing the tickets I asked on whatsapp, was persistent about my timings and even when I asked a month prior to my usage of the pass I never got an amswer from the customer service team. I spoke to the manager Arnaz Antia and all she did was raise her voice instead of even trying to help after the lack of communication from her and her team. Hope this isn't only a review but I am helped and this matter is taken care of as it should.

I booked transfers from Chamonix to Geneva as the website claimed it took 70 minutes. On our way to Chamonix it stopped in the centre of Geneva and took 1hr 45, which wasn't made clear on the website. My dilemma then was that the return coach was due to leave Chamonix at 8:00am and my flight was booked for 10:05am. I knew i was cutting it fine, so I emailed them 2 days in advance to ask if they could clarify what the return journey time was. I heard nothing back. The bus driver on the morning explained all buses stop in the centre of town, with exception to the 12:30pm. This isn't obvious on the website at all. Do not rely on the timings.

Driver was angry as we were “late”. The rest of the family was already in the bus. But….but…we arrived 12:38, we even apologised but he was still angry. He was swearing in polish, did not occur to him that we could understand it. WE WERE NOT LATE! On our way back chamonix to geneva airport, (feb 24 at 10 am) i heard the another driver giving our driver the leeway saying your schedule is tight so take the airport one. They were both cool, a passenger arrived at 9:55 no fuss. We drove out of the place at exactly 10 am.

This company has terrible policies. I arrived at Geneva early and was able to make an bus to Chamonix. There were seats in the bus. The driver said he would have to charge me 30 Euros. I only paid 9.95 CH for my ticket. This company is just ripping people off.
