We recently booked our first trip to Switzerland through SWISStours, and we were satisfied with their service. They took care of reserving our hotels in Luzern, Interlaken, and Zermatt, as well as arranging our Swiss Travel Pass and our return ticket to Milan. Their choice of hotels was excellent, especially considering the prime locations, which made our trip so much more convenient.

They also organized the activities we wanted, including visits to Mount Titlis, Mount Jungfrau, and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Each experience was breathtaking and perfectly coordinated, showcasing the beauty of Switzerland.

As we were unfamiliar with the booking system, their support was invaluable. They were greatly responsive to all our inquiries, always providing prompt assistance.

Transportation system in Switzerland efficient coupled with SBB App & Google Map made movement easier to manage than before.

Booked this service from Geneva Airport to Chaminox - on arrival the bus was full and the driver took off without passengers with tickets as they had oversold tickets. Contacted the office who would not deal with the issue and refund request despite having forwarded all the evidence. No customer service with this company. Beware!

Communication was prompt (despite the time difference). All my questions were answered politely. Tour was fun and mostly easy to follow.

After reading multiple negative reviews regarding bus transport to Chamonix I was very nervous. The service from Swiss Tours was absolutely fantastic, both of our journeys were on time and the drivers were very professional.

I can’t comment about other travel companies but Swiss Tours were 10/10.

From the first chat Neha at SwissTours was prompt and detailed in her explanations of our many conversations. We are an older couple who likes casual relaxed holidays and that is exactly what SwissTours provided. We wanted to use Switzerland’s fabulous train system as the main mode of travel. They did exactly that.

They provide all of the tour, travel and hotel vouchers for each of the towns we visited. Their detailed 10 page itinerary with pics guided us throughout the holiday. From time to time a question would pop up and I would email SwissTours. Within a few hours they provided the answers we needed.

When we saw our original holiday package was going to south Switzerland we requested an add-on to Milan. SwissTours provided the perfect Italian tour as well.

With the Internet you might ask why use an agent? Easy no headaches booking everything. Yes, I could have spent days researching, watching YouTube and booking. But why when in a couple of days SwissTours had my whole package arranged.

Would I use SwissTours again? Without hesitation. They really did help us create the bucket-list holiday we desired.

Your company processed several activities, train tickets and hotels for us. All went smoothly and the hotels were great selections. Your customer service reps were helpful and courteous.

1). The routes, maps, and train connections provided were excellent. Everything was easy to follow, making our journey smooth and enjoyable.
2). The timings of the trains and the locations selected were perfect. We never felt rushed, and each destination was well-timed to maximize our experience.
3). Most of the hotels booked were fantastic, offering comfort and convenience. However, the IBIS hotel at Lucern which is a 3-star, was the worst hotel among 4 hotels we stayed. We had expected much more than what was offered. It did not meet the standards set by the other accommodations.
4). The day-wise routes, tours, and places we visited were great. Each day planning was good to allow us enough time to explore and enjoy.

This review pertains to Swiss tours transport departing from Geneva airport. Avoid using them at all costs unless you know 1000% that you require no flexibility.

My flight departing the U.S. was delayed by several hours. I had previously booked a Swiss tours bus from Geneva to Chamonix for the following day (as it's an overnight flight). I immediately contacted Swiss tours to request that I be put on a later bus from Geneva given the delay.

I received no reply. Upon arriving in Geneva, I contacted them again to make the request, believing that it was reasonable as I made it more than twelve hours before and the delayed flight arrival was entirely out of my control.

Swiss tours finally responded to decline my request, noting that it is also impossible to request any refund. Absolutely zero flexibility and terrible customer service.

Recommend using FlixBus or one of the shuttle companies for onward transport from Geneva airport.

Swisstours representative Ms Neha was very helpful and attentive to our request and booked hotels within walking distance from train stations which was very helpful. She also suggested very good tour options within our travel period and made bookings for them. She also managed to follow up with our request for a seat on the Glacier Express as it was not available at the time of our booking. A few days later she found a seat on an alternative start route and helped us with the booking. We also found her detailed suggested itinerary with train information extremely useful once on the road. They had good hotel suggestions that worked out well for us. The itinerary was great, clearly planned. All the passes for places of interest, hotel and swiss pass were bought and sent to us by email, it is free and easy, with much freedom. Hotels were all good.

We had a day the weather was bad and we could not use the pass for a place of interest, so the agency got it refunded.

The only improvement was if the detail of how to get to the hotel from the train station can be placed at the itinerary instructions on a day to day basis. For 1 hotel which was quite far away from train station, we walked there in the rain. We realised later we can actually request the hotel to come and fetch us. This information was placed at the end of the itinerary which we missed out.

We are grateful for Roxanne to still help us resolve the late check in for one hotel even late at night, beyond working hours. The service was great.

Overall the trip was great and itinerary planning was great. Thank you for planning for us.

The itinerary was very well laid out: clear, timing was appropriately spaced out, accommodation location is rightfully at nearby train...overall an excellent curated trip.
