Ich habe jetzt relativ viele Pakete bestellt und alle sind schnell und in gutem Zustand angekommen. Bei DHL dagegen war es absolute Katastrophe. Zudem sind die MyPost24 Automaten absolute Spitze

I recently ordered an extract from the debt collection register through SwissId, I only realised when I got the document that an upcharge of 12.- was included in the 30.- which I payed for the document.

Delivery days not respected
I have chosen certain delivery days for packages to be delivered, but they do not pay any attention to the chosen days and will deliver on any day. I also instructed in my account where to leave packages (sheltered, away from street view), but they also don't pay attention to that and my packages are often left right in front of my front door within street view and in the hot sun. If I am away for the weekend, it will be left outside in the sun all weekend and the products would be ruined. Very annoying. Poor service.

Useless Company, Not fit for purpose
They sent my parcel that I am waiting to receive to the United States of America instead of the United Kingdom! how is this possible when all the other postal companies I have ever used wont allow you send an item if the full delivery address dosen`t match an address postcode etc! how was this ever allowed to happen? the parcel was last tracked in the USA on the USPS Site in July 25th since then no updates.
The sender reported this issue on the 19th July and Swisspost said they had corrected the issue and said it was being redirected back to me in the correct address in the UK
Now my parcel is lost, plus as I am not the sender I cant contact them for updates as will only deal with the sender who doesnt seem to careless.
The parcels contents where a present for my boys 11th birthday.
