So far I’ve had a great experience shopping with SwimLemon! They shipped my item right away and have been very personable with their customer service! I can’t wait to get my bathing suit! Unfortunately, the suit is too small :(

Not only will your swimsuit arrive over 2 months after ordering...but when it does, it will be the wrong one. Then, they will refuse a complete refund because they insist that they sent the correct one.

I've never left a bad review for a company before, but congrats SwimLemon...you get the honor of my first!

Caution!!!! If you normally wear a U.S. size S (4,5,6) you need to order LARGE!!! The website is beautiful and easy to use so that is worth a star or two but thats where it ends. The Asian size charts are NOT the same as US or UK (even though all the models on the site look tall). Also, you can forget returning the suit, it is complicated and costs $15-$20 to ship back to China. You are not guaranteed a refund either! Read the return rules before ordering. ****Order with extreme caution****

You can’t rerun your items their return section closes down every time you try to complete the rerun and this is intentional.

They won’t reply to your email but reply here to a review about a lie that they’ve tried to make contact with you!! Still yet to get a reply email to my email or my wife’s.

Amex now involved to recoup money that is basically down the drain.

The photos are NOT what you will get in the mail photos are of a professional piece - you get in the mail items that are knockoffs of the poorest quality directly from a Chinese factory.

Shopping on the website was easy and the prices were fair. I look forward to receiving my product, the items i purchased are really cute so i hope they work out for me. If the don't, they are 100% return guaranteed which is great!

I don’t know if the bathing suits are any good or not but they said shipped on 2/24 and I have not received, not any response to inquiry. If I had realized this was a ship from China or Hong Kong, etc site I would not have ordered, having terrible experience with one of those companies in the past. I still hope to get the suit and they have already charged me. I’ll ask credit company to negate charges in not received in next ten days.

I loved all of the styles, colours and fabrics! My first online purchase was easy and I received confirmation by email immediately. I highly recommend!

Bikini was completely different to one advertised both in colour and design, there was some similarities so looks like rip off the design, to top it off it didn’t fit.
Not happy and as I live in NZ not keen to pay for return postage.
Avoid website, the model looks European but product made in China.
Disappointed with dishonest advertising.

This company is terribly difficult to use, not available via phone or email, takes a long time to arrive, quality is poor, fit is worse, and HORRIBLE AT RETURNS!, and here i found another review. . . wish i would have read this before I got involved. But now I *will* use this woman's experience to save a bit of time in typing further:

I do not mind if companies are coming from other countries. I do not mind delays, either -- but I MUST be able to return merchandise that is ill-fitting and poorly made.

First experience with Swimlemon
I have bought a Swimsuit and a shirt-dress..
The good thing is that the delivery is not too long and you have a clear follow-up of your purchases.
I am very satisfied with the swimsuit .. except that the color is not exactly the same as on the picture... but it's still nice.
Regarding the shirt-dress though I am very disappointed with the size.. I think it's better not to buy one-size clothes if you are tall as it will definitely be too small !!

The suits are super cute, comfortable and i got lots of complements when wearing them.

I purchased a bathing suite from this company February 13th and still have not received an email confirming my order is being processed, let alone shipped. I am receiving tons of emails from them so I know they have my correct information. I feel this company is a scam. I thought I was buying from a US based company...

Still waiting for my swimsuit, ordered 36 days ago, to arrive.

Wow! Admittedly, I was a little concerned about ordering once I read some of the reviews about slow shipping, etc. I’m thrilled to say that I had no such experience. In fact, they remained in continuous communication with shipping updates from the day I ordered to the day it arrived at my home in Texas 13 days later in perfect condition. I truly appreciate this level of service & the suits are both beautiful, true fit, true color & well made. 100% satisfied future return customer! Heading to St. Bart’s!

DO NOT BUY.

I sent the info they asked for. another two days before they sent me a shipping label. IT WAS TO A TOWN IN TENERIFE, SPAIN. that's right the european country.

They instructed me to not use fedex or ups. Only USPS. GUess how much USPS charges for shipping to spain? that's right, $15.

I bought a swimsuit for $30 and spent $15 sending it back. If I sent it like they asked with tracking it would have cost me $34 dollars that's right, more than the suit.

NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. I WOULD RATHER BURN MY DOLLARS AT LEAST THAT WILL MAKE A FUN INSTAGRAM.

This website is a scam. I ordered two suits. One arrived after a very long time and the sizing was completely wrong. The other never arrived from China. Then when I tried to contact the company, they did not respond and the phone number listed on the website is fake. Do NOT order from this site.
