Cute suit, but I haven’t got it yet. Ordered way before I needed it, so hopefully it arrives in time. Will update review when I receive the product!

If you wanna wait over 2 months for cheaply made products that are incorrectly sized, then Swim Lemon is for you! I still haven’t even received the swimsuit I ordered which for some reason was sent separate. Even China could ship these quicker!! Terrible customer service!! Don’t waster your time!

Horrible experience with this company! Took well over a month to receive the swim suit (and they had no updated shipping information when I requested) the suit was delivered when I got back from vacation (and I ordered over FOUR weeks before). The suit ended up being too big and poor quality. So I went to return it. They have the most convoluted return policy!! You have to “request” a return, send in a picture, and pick from reasons why to return. Then they tell you they will get back to you and decide IF you can return it?! Long story short— they never responded to me and when I contacted them again saying I was waiting for a reply, they told me it was passed the 14 days return period and basically I was SOL. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I hope this saves someone else the headache and the money!

I think it's important to note that Swimlemon offer a 5% cashback offer for writing a review (before your order has arrived) which is why I am doing this now. I think the reviews would be more accurate if this offer was available AFTER your receive the product so I will write another review once I get my bathing suit. So far my experience has been fine. I ordered a bathing suit last week and am hoping it comes as expected. From what I have read, it takes 3 weeks to arrive, which I am fine with. I have read that they run small so I hope it fits. I was surprised to see I was charged an additional "international fee" on top of the price. I did not see that anywhere on my bill or on the website. I did not complain though because the charge was minimal. It would be nice to notify your customers of this though for transparency purposes and larger purchases. I'll keep you posted on the size and quality once I receive it. Thanks

WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD. INSTAGRAM SCAM.

Purchased 3 suits that took almost 1 month to arrive. One was the wrong size, one was the wrong color and one was nothing like the picture. Then, they all smelled of chemicals. I wanted to return but NO ONE has answered any emails. Also, even if you wanted to return (as mentioned by literally everyone) THEY CLAIM TO NOT KNOW YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

Ladies - just do yourself a favor and don’t throw away $100 like I did. All I want is to return and conveniently no one answers. Time to go the credit card company and dispute the claim because I tried being nice and it’s a scam company and they don’t care.

UPDATE: WOW they respond on here and make it appear as though they are willing to work with you but guess what - THEY DONT RESPOND VIA EMIAL. Total scam. Im going to keep posting reviews until someone reaches out.

Really adorable swimsuits. I purchased 2 and can’t wait to get them and try them on.
Going on vacation to the beach and looking forward to wearing them at the beach. And at these prices I can afford to get two, I don’t like to put on a wet swimsuit.

Easy to use online experience. Saw a bikini I really liked, hoping to like it even more when itarrived. Pleased with my online shopping experience.

The quality was fine but buying swim suits online is always iffy due to fit, so I ordered several expecting to return the ones that didn't fit.
It doesn't say on the return policy that you have to ship the return suits internationally at the customer's expense. This was more expensive than the value of the suits.

Pretty disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
You can not return items easily as they state on their website!! It will cost you have the price of your suit in shipping fees plus having to stand in line at the post office, fill out a customs form and a whole bunch of other steps. Their product is cheaply made, the sizing is way off. I can not imagine anyone actually giving this company a good review since their site is basically a scam. I image that the good reviews are false just like their website that states easy returns.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

The correspondence with the company was excellent however the product was the worst! I’m usually a Large and ordered and XL to be safe. I couldn’t get it up my legs. When I did the breast cups were at my belly button. So needless to say the fit horrendous. Hoping the return process is not a nightmare.

Totally appalling service. Products arrived months after order and when received really poor quality. Sent back for refund after many emails and now no refund! Scam!!!

One week has passed since I placed my order for 2 suits. No update, my emails have gone unanswered...wonder if I will ever see these suits. Going to go out soon to purchase other swim suits for vacation at the end of Feb because I have no faith I'll ever see these suits. Only had 1 email confirmation that they received my order. one week later, 2 emails later no update.

Great customer service. They send order details very promptly and have a great return policy. Would highly recommend.
