Kupiłem strój , który był uszkodzony . Odesłałem następnego dnia z reklamacją . Sklep najpierw zaoferował mi w zamian jakieś niepotrzebne rzeczy , a po mojej odmowie stwierdził , że nie odda pieniędzy . Uznał , że to wina niewłaściwego użytkowania . Nie polecam tego sklepu !!! Przy moich wcześniejszych zakupach w tym sklepie musiałem czekać na opłacony towar 33 dni !!! Polecam wiele innych sklepów, w których można spokojnie zrobić zakupy .

Dziękujemy za opinię.
Nie sprzedajemy uszkodzonych towarów. Jeśli gumki w stroju kąpielowym pękają po pierwszym użyciu, jest to oznaka złego traktowania. Stroje kąpielowe nie nadają się do prania w pralce lub suszarce i nie mogą być narażone na nadmierne ciepło. Byliśmy skłonni przyjąć Twoją reklamację na nasz koszt i dostarczyć Ci nowy strój kąpielowy, na co się nie zgodziłaś. Ponieważ poprosiłeś o zwrot pieniędzy, wysłaliśmy strój kąpielowy do producenta w celu rozpatrzenia reklamacji. Producent odrzucił reklamację z powodu niewłaściwej obsługi. Daty zostały dotrzymane. Informacja o odrzuceniu reklamacji została wysłana 21 dni po dostarczeniu do nas paczki.

Avec tout les avis on entend tout et son contraire et au final on ne sais plus à qui se fier.
J'ai donc décidé de passer le cap et j'ai été agréablement surpris. Certain articles étaient signalés "expédition dans 5 jours" mais, au bout de ces 5 jours, toute ma commande était déjà arrivée complète!
Cependant il manquait un petit accessoire, le SAV a été ultra réactif et s'est empressé de me l'envoyer.
Pour ma part ce site mérite ses 5 étoiles.

Die Bestellung lief unkompliziert und der Versand schnell trotz Vorkasse. Die Ware qualitativ sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben: Das Team von Swimaholic war schneller als meine Bank bei der Rückabwicklung einer Fehlbuchung....! :-)

Things I bought were good, immediate sending. I had to return one swim suit, which did not fit: easy return. Refund quick and without problems. Perfect. Return has to be paid.

It is a joke after 1 hour swim in jummer!
I requested and sent back product on after 3 days as I handed over.
I won’t recomend to order from ther webshop in Future and I will do anything to spread my experience

You can't ask for a replacement if the item is damaged.
I sent the swimsuit for a complaint because of mistreatment (not putting a towel on the swimsuit, leaning against the wall in the pool, or riding the slide destroys the swimsuit).
For these reasons, your claim has been rejected.

Normally I would get TYR goggles off…
Normally I would get TYR goggles off the TYR website.
They didn't have the model I normally ordered so I ordered it off this company.
Although the box stated that they were the model I ordered. They most obviously weren't. I tried them anyway and they were so uncomfortable.
Just cheap fakes from what I can see.

Fins do not at all comply to nominal size
I bought fins in EU size 46-47 (XXL) which turned out to be actually only size about 42. I can only warn to buy fins here; it left me with transportation costs for both ways.
Swimaholic did response fast and took the fins back without hesitation, but nonetheless the products are definitely not accoring to the description.
