Nie polecam!!!! towar zwrócony w grudniu do dnia dzisiejszego nie zwrócono pieniążków, mimo kilku maili, tłumacząc się ze przewoźnik nie dostarczył paczki a odbiór nastąpił w grudniu!!!!!!

Die Retour-Bearbeitung ist langwierig und umständlich Der Retourschein wird in Google-Forms ausgefüllt und die Daten offensichtlich nicht weitergeleitet. Die zwei Sterne gibt es für die große Auswahl an Schwimmanzügen auch in großen Größen.

It’s ok. Parcel arrived on time and goods are ok as well. However there’s too much plastic in the containers and the swimming cap also came in a plastic bag. It’s Made in China. Due to these reasons I won’t buy anything from this shop again. I don’t want a parcel full of plastic waste and a swimming cap Made in China.

Nie polecam korzystania ze sklepu
Nie polecam korzystania ze sklepu. Towar zwrócony 1.5 mca temu. Od 09.12.24 wysłane kilkanaście mailii w sprawie zwrotu środków. Najpierw mówiono, że jest opóźnienie że względu na swieta, później pomyłkowo wysłane ponownie, a po 1.5 mca mówią, że nie zwrócą bo brakowało wymiennych nosków do okularów. Brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu. Zwykle oszustwo.

Dzień dobry,
Postaram się wyjaśnić sytuację.
Odesłał Pan do nas paczkę, ale towar jest niekompletny i niestety nie możemy przyjąć go z powrotem do sprzedaży. Dlatego odesłaliśmy go do Ciebie na początku stycznia.
Niestety logistyka zwrotu jest długotrwała (dostawa do Pana, kilka dni na możliwość odbioru paczki, odbiór przez przewoźnika w miejscu dostawy, transport do centralnego punktu przeładunkowego...) Paczka z niekompletnym towarem, której Pan nie odebrał, jeszcze do nas nie wróciła. Nie zmienia to jednak faktu, że nie możemy odsprzedać towarów i nie możemy zwrócić za nie pieniędzy.

Ich kann dieses Unternehmen absolut nicht empfehlen. Zwar kam die Ware schnell und war auch in Ordnung, jedoch habe ich leider Artikel zurücksenden müssen, weil sie nicht passten und habe bis heute kein Geld zurückerhalten. Das war am 2.10.! Ich werde immer nur vertröstet, das Paket sei noch nicht am richtigen Ort angelangt, obwohl es nachweislich an der Zieladresse angekommen ist, an die man es senden soll. Aus meiner Sicht nicht seriös. Kann ich nur abraten.
@Barbara: Ich habe heute nochmals eine Mail an info@ gesendet, weil ich keine Mail von Dir habe. Hier die Bestellnummer, damit Du Dich darum kümmern kannst: 1726607552.

W regulaminie gwarantują 24 miesiące gwarancji, tymczasem jest to wierutne kłamstwo. Odesłany strój startowy powerskin firmy arena, odrzucono reklamację.

Droga Anetko,
Dziękujemy za zakup i ocenę. Wysłałeś nam używany towar, informując, że chcesz odstąpić od umowy i zwrócić pieniądze. Dlatego kolega Ci napisał, że nie ma takiej możliwości. Bardzo nam przykro, że ze kostiumu kąpielowego zeszła metka Fina. Istnieje jednak możliwość reklamacji stroju kąpielowego i rozpoczęliśmy już proces reklamacji u producenta. Mamy 30 dni na złożenie reklamacji i mam nadzieję, że reklamacja zostanie rozpatrzona szybciej i że Państwa syn będzie mógł cieszyć się strojem kąpielowym.

I don't recommend this shop to anyone. There is almost no contact with complaints department. I bought two pairs of swimming glasses (Michael Phelps Ninja). They are faulty and they accuse me that this is my fault which is not true. They say that Michael Phelps (the producer) do not want to give the money back. It's already been two months and I have not received my money back. (definetely swimming glasses are faulty which I've already seen other complaints about the same problem in the internet) I will never ever buy anything in this shop and I hope that no one will ever buy anything in swimaholic. I've already complaint to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a product, it arrived, but we didn't even believe it and immediately sent it away, they didn't even open the bags, didn't open the tags, and after that they told me that they wouldn't return the money, since they don't have enough tags, which we didn't even open. They deceive people, they tear off the tags themselves so as not to return money to people. I didn't recommend working with them, disgusting service.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied. As I wrote to you in the e-mail, we cannot accept back swimsuits that do not have all the signs and tags as from the factory. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot sell such goods and you, as a customer, do not want to receive such goods either. If the returned goods are in 100% condition, we will refund the money or exchange the product for a different size without any problems (if the customer is interested). Please don't vilify us for a problem we didn't cause.

The item we received didn’t fit the form to fill in online for a return wasn’t easy, we were given a UK address to Swimaholic to return, we sent it to there and they are saying they haven’t received it and we have sent it to the wrong address and will not refund us ! Do not buy from this company their customer service is very poor

I’ve been sending an email every morning for 5 days to make a return, no one answers. Terrible service. You shouldn’t buy if you are not sure, you can’t make a return even if it says yes.
