Very disappointing service. I ordered 144 Leafkind toilet rolls, but only one of the four boxes arrived. I reported the three missing boxes on 4 August and was sent DHL tracking details the following day. More than two weeks later, nothing else has arrived and the issue remains unresolved. Supplying a tracking number is not the same as investigating or resolving missing goods. I am still waiting for either the missing boxes or a refund.

It’s strong, durable, and doesn’t fall apart when wet, which makes it perfect for cleaning, drying, and wiping surfaces. The absorbency is excellent, so you don’t need to use loads of sheets to get the job done. It tears cleanly, feels good quality, and is reliable for both professional and everyday use. Great value for money compared to other brands I’ve tried. I would definitely recommend Swift blue roll and will continue to buy it
