Handling such an important issue online filled me with trepidation!
I needn’t have worried.
Aaisha Amal was just amazing.
She guided me through each phase with calm and reassurance. I’m not tech savvy but it didn’t matter , her patience was calming.
I didn’t feel pressured in anyway . If I needed to speak she was there for me.
She was thorough in picking up on points that could have caused problems in the future , that I hadn’t even thought about!

The initial legal representative sent an email with a large number of documents for us to process attached, and it felt more like a file dump. It would have been helpful to set out more clearly what needed fizzing in and how and certainly one of the files I downloaded to try to fill in, wasting a great deal of time with the formatting, I need to discover that it opened and was able to be filled in very easily using Chrome.

When Aaisha Ajmal took things over, although there were some hiccups, evidencing that the internal handover had perhaps not being done with sufficient detail, Aaisha's politeness and consideration made the whole process much more pleasant, and she appeared to be very efficient.

I wondered if an individual cloud storage folder for each client, where the client could upload and amend documents, would be more efficient and effective.

Communication before the completion by that team was also excellent - having a phone call to confirm that we're happy with the exchange and completion dates was reassuring and helpful.

Kayleigh at Swift Lawyers has kept me upto date throughout the whole process of selling my house. She has kept her communications to me clear, and for a lawyer, thankfully, easy to understand! Even when there's been nothing new to report or inform me of, she's still, at least once a week, emailed to say that she's chased the buyers solicitors for whatever we're waiting for and will update me if and when she gets a reply, and more often than not, later that same day or the next, she emails again to say she has the update we're waiting for. Cannot fault her professionalism, and would definitely try to have her represent me in any future conveyancing matters.

Do not use this company! We have wasted three weeks sending documents back and forth only to be told, on the day draft contracts were due to be sent, that they were not insured to represent us as the property is above four stories.
They did not think to check or mention this beforehand. They have potentially cost us a sale and must be avoided at all costs. If I could score them lower than 1 star, I would.

Easy from start to finish, no issues and Aaisha was brilliant until completion.
